Britain’s pubs have not had an easy few years. First there was the pandemic, then staff shortages, followed by the cost of living crisis.
Now, though, there is a new problem — they are running out of Guinness.
With Christmas days away, many pubs are completely out of the black stuff — even after rationing supplies. Others say they will run out this week.
I thought this was a joke.
