A Jamaican man who raped a sleeping woman cannot be deported from the UK after release from prison because he is bisexual, judges have ruled.
The Home Office said on Monday that they made “no apology” for having attempted to deport the offender after he served a seven-year sentence for what an immigration tribunal accepted was a “serious offence”.
