Prime Minister Mark Carney, sworn in Friday, has a history with the World Economic Forum (WEF.) He is a member of its foundation board, the organization’s highest governing body, which oversees strategic direction. We may assume therefore, that he is in sympathy with the goals of the World Economic Forum.
