A British woman who was held captive by Hamas for 15 months has condemned the award of a prestigious prize to the poet who questioned whether she had been a “hostage”.
Emily Damari, 28, was shot in the hand and leg when she was seized from the Kfar Aza kibbutz when Hamas-led gunmen streamed into Israel from Gaza in October 2023.
