Years ago, when I began using the phrase “meat puppet” to describe those useful idiots the party would drag out to testify in favor of tax increases or open borders or welfare for illegals. And the political left couldn’t help seething as they attacked me.
But I liked “meat puppet” and kept using it because it works.
