A man arrested almost two weeks ago for allegedly exposing himself and trying to urinate on strangers in Guelph has been arrested for a third time.
On May 16, the Guelph Police Service received several calls about a man approaching people downtown. They were told he was trying to urinate on people and attempted to grab women while touching himself.
A 26-year-old man was located and then arrested for committing and indecent act and mischief. He was released with orders not to be downtown between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Must be a thing in Guelph…
