The Order of Canada no longer means anything, if it ever meant anything at all.
On June 30, the supposedly prestigious Canadian honour was awarded to physicians Theresa Tam and Bonnie Henry, the former chief public health officer of Canada and the current provincial health officer of British Columbia, respectively.
