It may be difficult to imagine a more informed witness than a doctor in casting light on the cognitive condition of Joe Biden during his four wandering years in office.
Unfortunately, Biden’s White House physician, Dr Kevin O’Connor, opted to invoke his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination during his deposition with the House Oversight and
Government Reform Committee. The committee is probing the alleged cover-up of Biden’s cognitive ability, and whether the autopen – a machine that replicates his signature – was misused to enact major presidential actions without the knowledge or consent of the elected leader of the executive branch.
Biden’s “Politburo”, however, seems far more likely to be forthcoming.
