Barrie police are set to hold a news conference about a grisly murder case tied to a homeless encampment in central Barrie.
A news conference is scheduled on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Barrie Police Headquarters, where officials will outline the latest developments in the investigation that has gripped the city for weeks.
While police have kept the probe largely under wraps, Barrie Police Chief Rich Johnston and Sgt. Brett Carleton are expected to provide an update since a 52-year-old man was arrested.
