Durham police say a 28-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly breaking into multiple homes and sexually assaulting women in Oshawa earlier this week.
According to a news release, officials says officers were called to the Simcoe Street South and Royal Street area at around 4:20 p.m. on Nov. 11 after reports that a man had entered several residences and “exposed himself” to residents.
Investigators say the suspect first entered one home and exposed himself before being startled by a dog and fleeing.
