WARMINGTON: As Carney promotes trade with Qatar, Canada says use ‘caution’ in travelling there

While Prime Minister Mark Carney says Qatar is a “critical partner to Canada in many shared pursuits of peace and stability,” the country also has a travel advisory warning “exercise a high degree of caution” when going there.
