Falsely labeled as a solution to fentanyl abuse and alleged subsidies, coupled with “liberating” Canada from its far-left leader and lowering taxes, the 51st state narrative sprung to life from nowhere, dispersed like wildfire, and directly influenced an election handily going to Pierre Poilievre straight into Mark Carney’s hands.
