Aerosmith star Steven Tyler has been hit with a lawsuit over a relationship he allegedly had with a 16-year-old girl in the 1970s, with the rocker being accused of sexually abusing an underage girl.
The lawsuit was filed by Julia Holcomb under California’s Child Victims Act, which created a three-year “look-back” window for filing civil suits over child sexual abuse claims, temporarily lifting the statute of limitations, according to the Daily Mail — in Holcomb’s case, her window expires Saturday, December 31.
She should probably be suing her Mother as well.
