President Biden strangely saluted the Italian prime minister at the G7 Summit on Thursday. Evidently, he mistook Giorgia Meloni for General Patton (or himself for Sergeant Slaughter). Later, perhaps hearing Dion singing inside his head, he wandered away from other world leaders observing a skydiving demonstration before Meloni corralled him.
