Pornographic LGBT ‘art’ displayed publicly after winning Canada’s top award

A Canadian art gallery is warning those who enter to be aware of an LGBT pornographic art piece on display because the Governor General gave it the nation’s top award.

Located in Regina, Saskatchewan, the MacKenzie Art Gallery is hosting Bruce LaBruce’s work, which is about as family unfriendly as possible. It shows large photos showcasing graphic gay sex acts, naked bodies of so-called transgender people, and full-on exposure of genitals.

So much of “Art” in Canada seems to involve deviants doling out tax dollars to their deviant friends.

At least 23 people killed in suspected Boko Haram suicide attacks in north-eastern Nigeria

At least 23 people have been killed and more than 100 others injured in multiple suspected suicide bombings in the north-eastern Nigerian city of Maiduguri, shattering its reputation as a relative oasis of calm in recent years as a long-running insurgency was pushed to the rural hinterlands.

Authorities said the explosions went off at the post office and market areas, as well as the entrance to the University of Maiduguri teaching hospital, on Monday evening during iftar, the breaking of fast in the month of Ramadan.

LYTLE: Foreign fighters for Canadian passports? Ottawa’s latest military recruitment gambit misses the mark

Battle of Teutoburg Forest

In AD 9, a young Roman hostage from the Germanic Cherusci tribe was leading an auxiliary military group deep into the Teutoburg Forest. With him were the seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth Legions of the Roman Imperial Army led by Publius Quinctilius Varus. Varus mistook the Latin-speaking Arminius for a Roman patriot, and he died ruing that mistake. Arminius, raised in Rome and kept as a hostage to maintain peace with his father’s tribe, hated the Romans and led the legions deep into the German forest, where they were ambushed and left to die in the swamp that prevented their escape.

‘Another internet is possible’: Norway rails against ‘enshittification’

The video’s opening shot shows a man hiding under a bed snipping in a hole in someone’s sock. Seconds later, the same man uses a saw to shorten a table leg so that it wobbles during breakfast. “My job is to make things shitty,” the man explains. “The official title is enshittificator. What I do is I take things that are perfectly fine and I make them worse.”

The video, released recently by the Norwegian Consumer Council, is an absurdist take on a serious issue; it is part of a wider, global campaign aimed at fighting back against the “enshittification”, or gradual deterioration, of digital products and services.

‘Mean tweets’ video of Avi Lewis has Alberta New Democrat calling for apology

OTTAWA — Former Alberta NDP environment minister Shannon Phillips wants an apology from NDP leadership frontrunner Avi Lewis, after a years-old video re-emerged of Lewis and wife Naomi Klein laughing over Phillips losing her cabinet post.

The video, which has been on YouTube since September 2020, shows the two reacting to “mean tweets” about their Leap Manifesto, a sweeping attempt to shut down fossil fuel use and impose extensive income retribution that they had tried unsuccessfully to force through as official NDP policy at the party’s 2016 convention in Edmonton.

One of these lunatics will likely be NDP leader, they’ll pretend it’s the one wearing pants.

America, Alone

Trump is frustrated with countries that have declined his call to “come and help us” reopen the Strait of Hormuz. He mocked them yesterday: “We would rather not get involved, sir,” Trump said, imitating what he says he hears from world leaders — even though, he points out, Europe, Japan and others depend on oil from the Persian Gulf far more than the United States does.

But Europe, in particular, has no great wish to be drawn into America’s conflict. It’s not those countries’ fault that Iran closed this vital maritime artery, driving up prices for cargo and oil worldwide.

I think it’s fine that NATO states and other “allies” refuse Trump’s request for aid. It is their right.

I also think it’s fine for Trump to exit NATO and let Europe handle Putin.

It will be a great victory for the Carneys, Starmers and Macrons!

Oh and good luck with your Muslims Europe!

What country is this?

I have no idea what threat she is alleged to have uttered against Mark “Muslim values” Carney whom she refers to as a “Zionist” however I believe someone should be investigating why Toronto has subcontracted policing to a foreign country.

Related … This appointment undermines any argument that Mark “Muslim Values” Carney is a Zionist.

Trump Administration Said to Tell Cuba That Its President Has to Go

Cuba – fed lies about the psychopath Che

As U.S. and Cuban officials negotiate over the future of the Communist-ruled and economically besieged Caribbean island, the Trump administration is seeking to push President Miguel Díaz-Canel from power, according to four people familiar with the talks.

The move would topple a key figurehead but leave in place the repressive Communist government that has ruled Cuba for more than 65 years. The Americans have signaled to Cuban negotiators that the president must go, but are leaving the next steps up to the Cubans, the people said.

Iran’s security chief, Ali Larijani, killed in airstrike, Israel says

Ali Larijani seen here attending Vanity Fair’s Oscar night after party

Israel says it has killed a linchpin of Iranian politics, the national security chief, Ali Larijani, in overnight strikes, a claim that if confirmed would make him the most senior Iranian figure to die in the war since the supreme leader Ali Khamenei was killed on its first day.

Iran has yet to comment on either claim. If confirmed, Larijani’s death would remove a pivotal figure at the heart of the regime’s political and security establishment at a moment of acute crisis and represent devastating blow.

Or he could have emigrated to Canada which is the more likely possibility.

This monster may have been Offed too.

Dwight Newman: Government’s Musqueam deal doesn’t protect private property in Vancouver

But it doesn’t seize private land and give it to the Musqueam, either

The recent agreement between the Government of Canada and the Musqueam Nation in B.C. recognizing Musqueam rights and title “within” much of Metro Vancouver has elusive qualities. Those discussing it have struggled to know what to make of it and have ended up with some polarized depictions of it.

Both sides’ versions have problems.

Iran supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei cheated death by seconds, gruesome leaked audio claims

Iran’s new supreme leader survived the Israeli strike that killed his father because he stepped outside the compound for a walk in the garden minutes before the blast, according to a new report.

Leaked audio from a meeting about the Feb. 28 strike on Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s compound revealed that his son, the new supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei, was with his father in Tehran when he stepped out “to do something,” The Telegraph reported.
