After Court Win on Emergencies Act, Challengers Say They’ll Sue Feds and Banks

Several challengers to the Emergencies Act say they’re preparing to sue government officials and financial institutions after the Federal Court’s recent declaration that the invocation of the act was not justified.

Military veteran Eddie Cornell, police veteran Vincent Gircys, and Jeremiah Jost said in a Jan. 29 statement that they will sue “those in government, the financial institutions who froze people’s bank accounts, and the police officers who beat up and injured innocent.”

Joe Biden v Donald Trump – where contest will be won and lost

The Republican primary race is not officially over but with no obvious pathway to victory for Nikki Haley, a general election showdown between two adversaries is coming into view.

We are months away from the Democratic and Republican conventions, the moment when each party officially unveils its presidential nominee.

But the 2024 election seems all but set in stone.

The contest between Joe Biden and Donald Trump will be unique in modern history as a rematch between the current president and his immediate predecessor.

China Trapping Biden on Artificial Intelligence

“China has signaled interest in joining discussions on setting rules and norms for AI, and we should welcome that,” said Bonnie Glaser of the German Marshall Fund to the Breaking Defense site. “The White House is interested in engaging China on limiting the role of AI in command and control of nuclear weapons.”

“Nobody wants to see AI controlled nuclear weapons, right?” asked Joe Wang, a former State Department and NSC staffer now at the Arlington, Virginia-based Special Competitive Studies Project, which specializes in AI and emerging technologies. “Like, even the craziest dictator can probably agree.”

Montana Parents Lose Custody of Daughter for Opposing Her Gender Transition

When the gender issue began to become inflamed by activists a few years ago, we were assured that the following scenario would never happen. We were told that anyone who believed a children and family services agency in any state could swoop in and with little or no cause remove a minor child from their parent’s custody because the parents opposed their child “transitioning” was paranoid.

GUNTER: Trudeau Liberals’ policies causing Canadian economy to lag

Canada’s economy shrank in the fourth quarter of 2023 by 0.2%. That’s the second quarter of shrinkage in a row. In the third quarter, it fell 0.3%.

Technically that means Canada is in recession, since the definition of a recession is two consecutive quarters of Gross Domestic Product shrinkage. Yet no one in the government or over at the toady Bank of Canada will use the “R” word.

Canada, allies condemn ‘Victory Conference’ as push to reoccupy Gaza gains momentum in Israel

On Tuesday, the Trudeau government appeared to criticize a jubilant “Victory Conference” in Jerusalem. Organizers of Sunday’s conference — which was attended by about a third of the Israeli cabinet — presented plans for proposed Israeli settlements in Gaza.

“Canada rejects any proposal that calls for the forced displacement of Palestinians from Gaza and the establishment of additional settlements. Such inflammatory rhetoric undermines prospects for lasting peace,” said a statement from Global Affairs Canada.

In addition to the dozen ministers serving in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet who attended the conference, some other ministers said they had missed it only because of other duties, or that they would be sure to attend the next one.

Have a boil you lance it. Problem is no one wants the Palestinians, except Trudeau.

Philip Cross: From swaggering to staggering: Canada’s decline into irrelevance

It’s remarkable how much our international reputation has faded over the past 10 years, both diplomatically and economically

It is remarkable how much attitudes about Canada have shifted, both here and abroad, over the past 10 years. A decade ago, riding the wave of a booming economy, Canada was widely admired for a banking system that had got through the 2008-2009 global financial crisis without government bailouts. Today the country’s global stature is much diminished and Canadians are rapidly losing confidence in their economic prospects.

Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party have caused this harm to Canada.

The damage has been so thorough, so devastating that to deny it was deliberately orchestrated places one in the ranks of conspiracy theorists.

ANALYSIS: Scrutiny of Values Held by Immigrants to Canada Increases Amid Israel–Hamas War

Hamas support rally Toronto

While Canada has long been known as a safe haven for refugees and a welcoming place for immigrants, polls show an increasing concern among Canadians that newcomers may not share some key national values.

These concerns relate, in part, to the Israel–Hamas war—particularly the degree to which immigrants may sympathize with Hamas or hold anti-Semitic views.

The conflict between Hindu’s and Sikhs, the Eritreans, Marauding Muslims and now South Asian gang wars.

It will only get worse, this past year has been a harbinger of the ethnic violence to come.

Fuck diversity, fuck multiculturalism, fuck mass immigration.

Biden Admin. Sends Millions to Religious Nonprofits Facilitating Mass Illegal Migration

AUSTIN, Texas — As the Center for Immigration Studies recently reported, a United Nations-led “Regional Refugee and Migrant Response Plan (RMRP)” calls for more than 200 nonprofit groups to dole out $1.6 billion in cash debit cards, food, clothing, medical treatment, shelter, and even “humanitarian transportation” during 2024 to millions of U.S.-bound immigrants in 17 Latin American nations and Mexico.

But suspicions that the administration of President Joe Biden is directly footing the bill for at least part of facilitating the most voluminous mass migration crisis in U.S. history, now in its fourth straight year, can now be confirmed.
