The myth behind ‘Transgender Day of Remembrance’

The dangers faced by trans people are being wildly exaggerated to promote a dangerous ideology.

As the season of goodwill approaches, spare a thought for the group that considers itself the most vulnerable in the UK. No, I’m not talking about the poor, sick or homeless. I’m talking about the trans people who, occasionally, might have to deal with funny looks, being misgendered or one hell of bollock-rub when wearing tights designed for women. Thankfully for them, this week has been designated as Transgender Awareness Week. And it’s one of the highlights of the corporate calendar.

The decadent West has come face to face with the future – and the end of its dominance

We in the West like to imagine that liberal democracy spread because others were attracted by its intrinsic merits. It didn’t. It spread through military victories – a fact that the rest of the world has not forgotten.

Only now, perhaps, are we learning how limited its appeal is. Several countries which we thought were in our camp turned out to be pro-Western only contingently and transactionally. The moment they saw our power waning, they began to look elsewhere.

Inside the American Redoubt

Christian conservatives are building a fortress — and preparing for anarchy

North Idaho has long been home to those seeking to escape the looming collapse of America. This is a region doused in frontier spirit; a land where people openly carry guns, and where bounty hunters still operate, tracking down fugitives hoping to bolt into Canada. It is here, on rugged fringes stalked by mountain lions, bears and wolves, that the American Redoubt was born.

Where does Europe’s far right stand on the Israel-Hamas war?

The days following Hamas’ terror attacks in Israel seemed like a rare moment of unity in the European Parliament. Lawmakers from across the political spectrum gathered to condemn the violence and share in moments of silence.

But in the weeks since, that silence has been replaced by the usual clamor of debate and division as Europe’s streets fill with protesters and the continent’s Jewish and Muslim communities feel increasingly targeted.

As domestic debate grows more heated, Europe’s far-right parties are trying to cash in and gain political clout.

Inside Hungary’s fight for its borders against Afghan warlords

Just across the coils of razor wire on Hungary’s heavily fortified border with Serbia, the Taliban’s terrorist Haqqani wing is fighting a violent turf war to take control of the most active illegal migration route into Europe.

Hungary’s security services, which share intelligence with Nato, are warning European countries that the Taliban takeover, coming amid a European migration crisis and a new Middle East conflict, increases the risk of terrorists using the western Balkans route to infiltrate Europe.

Developer of world’s most successful 3D printed gun unmasked as incel extremist

German Kurd Jacob Duygu, found dead in 2021, designed a semi-automatic pistol used by criminals and paramilitaries around the world

The shadowy figure behind the world’s most successful 3D-printed weapon has been unmasked as a 28-year-old “incel” who claimed gun ownership was a basic human right.

Jacob Duygu, who was known by the pseudonym JStark 1809, developed the FGC-9 [F— Gun Control 9mm] in March 2020 after becoming frustrated at the standard of existing models.

Little was known about his true identity or background, but a report published by the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation (ICSR) has now revealed him to be the son of Kurdish immigrants who served with the German military and held deeply misogynistic, racist and anti-Semitic views.

Israel and Hamas reach tentative U.S.-brokered deal to pause conflict, free dozens of hostages

A five-day pause in fighting, monitored by aerial surveillance, could see dozens of women and children freed from captivity in Gaza, according to people familiar with the terms of the agreement

Israel, the United States and Hamas have agreed to a tentative deal that would free dozens of women and children held hostage in Gaza, in exchange for a five-day pause in fighting.

The release, which could begin within the next several days — barring last-minute hitches — could lead to the first sustained pause in conflict in Gaza, according to people familiar with its provisions.

These international students had to skip meals to survive in Canada. Food banks helped save them

By every formal requirement, Carlos Arturo Paez Gonzalez had all the financial security he needed to study in Canada.

But when he was down to one meal a day, he says, it was the campus food bank that kept him afloat.

The University of Toronto international student works three jobs, nearly 40 hours of work a week, on top of his classes, to make ends meet.

Greed is why they’re here.

Suspending criminal’s deportation over improper pronouns was ‘inappropriate’ and ‘unwarranted’: ruling

OTTAWA — A Federal Court judge raised an “inappropriate,” “unwarranted” and “unrelated” issue when he suspended a U.K. citizen’s deportation over questions whether the use of gender-neutral pronouns in a single government document violated the man’s Charter rights.

On Thursday, the Federal Court of Appeal issued the uncommonly critical ruling overturning an order last summer by now retired Federal Court judge Richard Bell that raised eyebrows in the legal community.

This Is Not a Drill

The Anti-Semitism Epidemic

There is something seriously wrong with the Anti-Zionist left.

According to a popular meme, “Queers for Palestine” is like “Chickens for KFC”: To sign on to that slogan, you’d have to be suicidal or an idiot. That, at any rate, seems to be the prevailing view in the circles I travel in when it comes to the transgender activists who support Hamas. The climate activists, the feminist extremists, Gays 4 Gaza, and sad-sack members of Jewish Voice for Peace—each of them strikes us as dupes of a regime that would happily jail, repress, or massacre them. Can they really be this self-defeating? Can they really be this gullible and dumb? Well, at the poker table of today’s leftism, if you don’t know who the fool is, more than likely, the fool is you.

Police identified the suspect as 28-year-old Chandler Marshall of Toronto.

Hamas Ally CAIR Has Operated With Impunity In America For 30 Years

Hamas has already penetrated American society, and CAIR is the tip of the spear.

After Hamas massacred 1,400 men, women, and children in Israel last month, FBI Director Christopher Wray warned that the terror group “and its allies” could inspire attacks on Americans “here on our own soil.” He also told the Senate that the FBI is conducting “multiple, ongoing investigations” into people affiliated with the U.S.-designated terrorist group.
