Pro-Palestinian protesters take to the streets with a million expected to join march to London’s US Embassy as they demand that Israel stop bombing Gaza

Thousands of people set off marching from Hyde Park in London today as part of a huge demonstration in solidarity with the people of Palestine as they called for an immediate ceasefire.

The march, which coincides with Armistice Day, will head towards the US embassy in Vauxhall, south of the Thames.

Chants of ‘free Palestine’ and ‘ceasefire now’ could be heard as the protesters set off, with police saying those gathered had so far been peaceful with no incidents reported.

‘I’m 12 and I advise the UN on climate change’

The United Nations is hiring advisers as young as 12 to consult on climate change as the “Thunberg effect” takes off.

Madhvi Chittoor, 12, skipped school to attend climate rallies after watching a documentary on the impact of plastics on the Pacific ocean.

At the age of seven, and with the help of her parents, she published a book called “Is Plastic My Food?” on Amazon and last year she was selected to join a team of young advisers to the UN.

Joly to take Hamas shoe shopping

LILLEY: Melanie Joly needs to clarify careless Hamas comments

Out of thin air on Thursday, Melanie Joly created a new foreign policy as it relates to Israel’s war against Hamas.

Canada now wants a ceasefire; we now want a détente, and we now want negotiations that Hamas is part of alongside Israel and Qatar.

This just in: The rich are getting richer

The richest people in Canada got a lot richer in 2021, even as the poorest half of all tax filers saw their incomes decline by $1,400.

That’s one of the main takeaways of a new data analysis released by Statistics Canada on Friday looking at tax filings from 2021 and comparing them with the previous year.

According to the data agency, incomes of the top one per cent of all tax filers in Canada rose by 9.4 per cent to $579,100 in 2021.

WARMINGTON: Tolerance of racism against Jews has Toronto at turning point and police on hot seat

Kristallnacht has come to Toronto.

Of course, long before Indigo Books was vandalized, Jewish businesses had already been targeted here in the weeks before the 85th anniversary of the ‘Night of the Broken Glass’ that saw dozens of Jews murdered and thousands of synagogues, businesses and homes burned in Germany and Austria.

Chicago: A City in Freefall

Water Tower Place, an eight-story, 758,000 sq. ft. high-end shopping mall in downtown Chicago, is in the news.

Once one of the biggest and most exciting malls in the Midwest, it quietly leaked that the owners are interested in renting out the top five of its eight floors “for purposes other than retail.”

Not just wealthy shoppers, but even browsing tourists, too, it seems, are staying away in droves.

Marilyn Mosby Finally Gets a Conviction. Her Own.

You may remember Marilyn Mosby, the former State’s Attorney for Baltimore, from the fraudulent Freddie Gray case, a drug dealer who was injured and died in the back of a police van. This was before the George Floyd case normalized jury misconduct in police kangaroo trials and Mosby managed to lose every case.

The good news is that she finally got a conviction. Her own.

British Police ‘Are Giving in to the Mob’

Critics say cops aren’t enforcing the law fairly. Cops say they are scared to.

On October 17, a man posted a video on Twitter of a street in his East London neighborhood. There was a Turkish restaurant, a Dominos, graffiti—and lots of Palestinian flags.

“Look at this crap here,” the man, known only as John A, is heard saying. He has a working-class, Scottish accent. “You let them into the country, and this is the shit they come up with.”

Two weeks later, on the night of October 31, police officers showed up at John A’s apartment.

The post-America war has begun

Biden’s delusions are finally being exposed

Less than a month ago, President Biden was asked on camera if the United States could simultaneously bring conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East to a palatable conclusion. “We’re the United States of America, for God’s sake,” he responded, “the most powerful nation in the history of the world.” A few weeks later, facing domestic pressure to order Israel to cease its bloody bombing campaign against Gaza, Biden administration officials instead proclaimed their total powerlessness to influence its ally. Similarly, Biden’s early proclamations that America would support Ukraine “for as long as it takes” have run into the brick wall of American political dysfunction: as long as it takes, it transpires, in practice means just under two years.

No way is Israel going to listen to Senile Joe.
