Canadian Real Estate To Government, Organized Crime Infiltrated Everything: Intelligence

Some countries lack corruption and some lack investigations revealing corruption. Canada feels like the latter after the data Criminal Intelligence Service Canada (CISC) shared. CISC might not ring a bell, because they operate largely behind the scenes. They provide law enforcement with intelligence on organized crime groups and track activity.

The agency’s 2021 Report on Organized Crime reveals they identified thousands of organized crime groups. The report also reveals these organizations have infiltrated everything from real estate to government. Let’s take a quick dive through some of the data points discreetly eroding your quality of life.

Ken Coates: Canada is a country without a centre, without a purpose

… But our greatest challenge is at home. One of the world’s most over-governed nations, Canada is on the verge of earning new stripes for ineffective governance. Many Canadians found a safe financial haven with CERB and other support payments during the early years of the pandemic. But the federal government workforce’s almost unchecked expansion has not been matched by higher quality services or improved attention to citizen’s needs.

Government application and reporting systems have turned into expensive slogs, while reporting on outcomes has declined dramatically. Approval processes for mines and major infrastructure projects deter all but the most determined companies. The country is an outlier on oil and gas production; African nations are urging major investments, while Canada does its best to keep this energy in the ground, at great cost to its treasuries.

The Bizarre Soviet Movie That Predicted Putinism

A 33-year-old film featuring a naked secretary and a head-shaped cake turns out to be one of the best explanations of the ideas driving the Russian leader.

It could have been any sleepy industrial town anywhere across the old Soviet Union. A weary out-of-town businessman enters the office of the local factory manager and gets his first hint that things aren’t quite right when he sees the manager’s secretary typing away, completely naked. When the dumbstruck visitor alerts the manager that his secretary is completely nude, the manager looks and dismissively shrugs — “well, so she is” — before continuing with business as usual.

Thus begins the main character’s descent into an increasingly bizarre realm where he, along with the audience, struggles to determine what is real and what is not.

The Anti-Semite Stigma used to protect a Jew

Is invoking George Soros as a puppet master behind current events really an anti-Semitic trope?

… When speech is curbed and people are purged for the greater good, be very afraid. Soros acolytes do it for window dressing a mad vision of a world without borders, and centrally governed. Elites like Soros see nothing sacrosanct about sovereignty. To the archangel of impudence national borders are archaic hindrances. A man who named his empire the “Open Society Foundations” – after the epic 1945 treatise by Karl Popper –is an Orwellian character; after all Popper’s ‘The Open Society and Its Enemies” is a defence of liberal democracy under threat from oligarchs with utter contempt for the common man. Soros is Popper’s oligarch; he knows better than any elected leader and common voter what is best for their country.

FBI probes whether three Muslim men are victims of SERIAL KILLER after they were gunned down in New Mexico

Police in Albuquerque are investigating a possible serial killer, after three Muslim men were murdered within five miles of each other in the last nine months.

The trio were all ambushed alone outside their home or work place, and killed by a gunman.

They did not know each other, although the two most recent victims attended the same mosque.

I trust the FBI to be behind this.

Thanks to the EU, Iran Mullahs Will Continue Taking Even More Hostages

The Iranian regime has lately been taking more European hostages — the direct result of the EU’s appeasement policies to the ruling mullahs of Iran.

The Iranian authorities announced on July 30 that they had arrested another Swedish citizen. The Tehran regime normally detains European citizens on vague security-related charges such as having “suspicious behavior and contacts”. Iran’s hardline state-controlled newspaper, Kayhan, has also urged the government to take more European hostages.

From Adelaide to Ukraine: what drove one Australian to join someone else’s war?

Matt Roe was devastated when he discovered a medical condition would prevent him joining the Australian military.

“It took me years to get over it … if I ever did,” the South Australian landscaper says.

“It’s all I ever wanted to do.”

But now Roe, 36, has found a different – though potentially illegal – way to become involved in a military campaign, by leaving Australia to join the Georgian National Legion, a unit formed to support Ukraine’s struggle against the Russian invasion.

Compassionate Exemptions Cast Aside by Ottawa’s Desire for ‘Strong’ Travel Vaccine Mandate: Court Documents

The federal government made a conscious and well-thought-out decision to impose a strict travel vaccination mandate that wouldn’t allow compassionate exemptions, court documents reveal.

The documents obtained recently by The Epoch Times relate to four lawsuits challenging the mandate that have shed some light on the thinking that led to a policy that aimed to have a “strong” and “world-leading” mandate.

Vigilante mobs beat illegal miners in violent backlash after heavily-armed men gang-raped eight models in South Africa

The backlash against illegal miners in South Africa is gathering pace as local residents formed mobs to beat them and destroy their camps in retaliation for the gang rape of eight young women filming a music video last week.

Miners’ camps were torched and roads around the townships of Munsieville and Bekkersdal outside the town of Krugersdorp, west of Johannesburg, were barricaded with rocks and burning tires as residents protested against the presence of illegal miners.

Many of the miners are migrants from other African countries, and the reaction has raised concerns over xenophobia, with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on Friday condemning the violence.

Why military aid to Ukraine doesn’t always get to the front lines: “Like 30% of it reaches its final destination”

In a war being fought largely in World War II era trenches, with Soviet ammunition, the vast influx of modern NATO weapons and military supplies from the West into Ukraine has proven to be among the largest determinants of whether territory is lost, or gained, along Ukraine’s embattled border region with Russia.

The bulk of these weapons and military supplies make their way to the border of Poland, where U.S. and NATO allies quickly ferry it across the border and into the hands of Ukrainian officials. That’s where U.S. oversight ends.

There are Millions of Cameras Around the World Made by a State-Run Chinese Company. Guess Whose Servers They Tried Connecting To?

The exhaustingly politically correct Brits decided they needed to install cameras made by the Chinese throughout the UK. I’m not suggesting they went with a Chinese company due to “wokeness,” but I will say this: they recently arrested a decorated veteran for “causing anxiety” with a Twitter post.

UK Police Watchdog Claims It Can‘t Tell Why Manchester Cops Dropped “Asian” Rape Gang Probe

The official police watchdog has claimed, after two years of investigation, that is has been unable to find out why Greater Manchester Police (GMP) dropped an inquiry into ‘Asian’ rape gangs that identified almost 100 suspects.

The Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC), which is supposed to invigilate law enforcement in England and Wales, launched an investigation into three Mancunian officers following the publication of a grooming gangs inquiry commissioned by city mayor Andy Burnham which — like other inquiries before it — found that council officials, social workers, and police officers had failed the mostly white victims of mostly Muslim, South Asian heritage grooming gang rapists, in part due to politically correct fears around the issue.
