Federally funded Canadian group used by China to spread propaganda on Uyghurs: report

Any strong words Trudeau may mouth about China are to be taken with a very large grain of salt.

Two Canadian community organizations — one of which has received thousands of dollars in federal funding — are prime examples of how the Chinese government has tried to covertly shape opinions worldwide about human rights abuses in Xinjiang province, says a new report by Australian academics.

Father of July Fourth shooter helped son buy firearm just two months after cops took away his collection of knives when he threatened to ‘kill everyone’

The parents of Highland Park shooter Robert ‘Bobby’ Crimo III, 21, have finally spoken out about their son’s heinous actions – and branded them a ‘tragedy’ – after it emerged the shooter’s dad helped him buy a gun despite cops earlier removing a weapon from him.

Bob Crimo and his wife, Denise, said in a brief statement: ‘We are all mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, and this is a terrible tragedy for many families, the victims, the paradegoers, the community, and our own. Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers go out to everybody.’

But it emerged on Tuesday that Bob Crimo had sponsored his killer son’s application for a gun permit in 2020, even after the murderer had threatened to kill himself and his family.

OTTAWA – Patrick Brown has been disqualified from the Conservative Party leadership race due to “serious allegations of wrongdoing” that “appear” to violate Canadian election law.

One thing about Patrick, he never disappoints. We all knew he was a douchebag and he came through.

The strange rush to politicize the Highland Park massacre

Not all mass shooters are inspired by Trump or Antifa

Every time an evil man steps out onto American streets (or into schools, churches, et cetera) and sprays enough bullets to earn his status among mass rather than normal shooters, there is a plainly undignified rush to determine his political beliefs.

Mass shooters can be political animals. Dylann Roof, for example, was a seething white supremacist. Micah Xavier Johnson was a black nationalist. Omar Mateen represented militant Islam.

The rush is necessary in light of the media’s desire to memory hole incidents that run counter to the preferred Liberal-Left narrative.

The example of Omar Mateen cited by the author is a case in point, the preferred media deflection is to classify the attack as “homophobia” and not as an act of “Islamist” terror. The media exploit whichever “victimhood” advances the narrative and ideally hurts the “Right.”

Biden’s border crisis is about to get a lot worse

Trump-era programmes are set to expire soon

Even President Biden no longer claims that the border surge is just a seasonal phenomenon that “happens every single solitary year“. May broke the monthly record for the largest number of illegal-alien “encounters” on the southern border, at nearly a quarter-million. While there will certainly be fluctuations, there’s no reason to think the mass violation of America’s border will end so long as the Biden/Harris administration is in power.

Macy Gray sends left into a tailspin with unfiltered take: ‘Changing your parts doesn’t make you a woman’

Singer Macy Gray unabashedly told host Piers Morgan in a no-holds-barred interview that she doesn’t support transgenders competing against biological women in sports and was immediately blasted for it by the ever-tolerant cancel-culture mob.

When asked about the issue by Morgan, she bluntly replied, “Just because you go and change your parts doesn’t make you a woman, sorry.”
