The watchdog made all of these accusations as Big Tech companies make moves against Russia due to the country’s invasion of Ukraine.

Israeli leaders dismayed US may lift Iran’s IRGC terrorist designation
Israeli leaders condemned reports that the United States is considering removing the terrorist designation from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in exchange for a public commitment to deescalating tensions.
The IRGC “is a terrorist organization that has murdered thousands of people, including Americans,” a joint statement from Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid read. “We refuse to believe that the United States would remove its designation as a terrorist organization.”

Canadians are becoming increasingly concerned about the issues of free speech and freedom, a new poll finds.
Conducted by Nanos Research, the poll found that of all national issues of concern, free speech and freedom came in second as the “most important” to Canadians at 8.3 percent, just behind the coronavirus at 13.1 percent, and of higher priority than the environment at 7.5 percent.
With the latest numbers released on March 15, the ongoing survey has tracked Canadians’ top concerns every week since its launch in Jan. 2020.

On Wednesday morning, when the Ukrainian president addressed the US Congress he tried to appeal to Americans. He spoke of the attacks on Pearl Harbor and 9/11. And he tried to summon up the foundational ideals of this country.
He said that “Just like anyone else in the United States I remember your national memorial in Rushmore, the faces of your prominent presidents, those who laid the foundation of the United States of America as it is today.”
The reference was touching, but wildly outdated.
International Energy Agency Calls for Restrictions on Domestic Oil Supply
Give up your car and start walking. That’s an order. The International Energy Agency (IEA) on Friday directed global governments to urgently cut oil supply to domestic consumers and encourage compliance with its call for lowered consumption.
The IEA 10-point plan to drive “changes in the behaviour of consumers” and reduce gas demand at the pump includes reducing speed limits, working from home three days a week, more electric cars, car-free Sundays, more cycle lanes, cheaper public transport and greater use of long-distance trains over planes.
