Today in Westminster, over 500 people plan to announce themselves as terrorists, all in full view of the police. Their methods are less molotovs-at-dawn and more Year 8 art project. All the protesters need to do is display a placard emblazoned with the words “I support Palestine Action”. This immediately invites arrest for an offence under the Terrorism Act 2000, with Section 13 outlawing the “wearing or displaying an article indicating support for a proscribed group”.

Canada’s prime minister tells Canadians to get their news from state-controlled media

In Canada, free speech is no longer a thing.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney utilized an August 5 press conference in British Columbia to dismiss concerns over Liberal legislation (Bill C-18) that would forbid news outlets from sharing news on social media, particularly during emergencies. The Canadian Commie globalist didn’t just refuse to rescind the aforementioned Bill C-18. No siree, he also urged his fellow Canucks to rely on government-funded CBC News for fair and unbiased information.

Another Muslim Nurse Threatens to Murder Jewish Patients

Last year, two Muslim nurses in Australia exchanged boasts online about killing their Jewish patients, with the male nurse claiming that he had already killed several. They have both had their nursing licenses suspended and now they await sentencing for making death threats. They could receive up to 22 years in prison.

Conrad Black: I put in a good word for Canada with Trump. If only Carney could do the same …

It is difficult for an outsider to get a clear idea of how the Canada-U.S. trade discussions are developing. As frequent readers may recall, I was seriously embarrassed at Prime Minister Mark Carney’s hokey election masquerade as Winston Churchill translating the Scarborough Bluffs into the White Cliffs of Dover and shaking his righteous Canadian fist at the much-maligned U.S. President Donald Trump on the farther shore “trying to break us.” He all but promised to fight in the fields and hills (and wine cellars of Rockcliffe and billiard rooms of Westmount and the indoor swimming pools of Rosedale). My civic disappointment was tempered by my longstanding opinion that in politics, anything that works, no matter how outlandish, is acceptable if it isn’t illegal. The vapid farce of Carney’s “finest hour” narrowly passed that test, even if it reflected no credit on him or his voters.

Zelensky rejects giving up land to ‘occupiers’ ahead of Trump meeting with Putin

Volodymyr Zelensky has vowed Ukraine will never cede territory to “occupiers” as he dismissed the planned meeting between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.

The US president announced on Friday that his Russian counterpart will travel to the US on Aug 15 for the meeting in Alaska.

It could mark a significant step towards ending the war in Ukraine after weeks of Mr Trump expressing frustration that more has not been done to quell the conflict.

‘Federal Regulator Predicts Decline in EV Sales Before 2026 Mandate’

CSIS warns threats from Iran in Canada could increase this year, and it is using criminals to target critics

Canada’s spy agency is warning that threats from Iran’s theocratic regime could increase this year and Tehran will continue to use members of criminal gangs to target its critics in Canada.

The Canadian Security Intelligence Service told The Globe this week it is investigating death threats in Canada orchestrated by the republic of Iran. And depending on developments in the Middle East, such threats could escalate here, CSIS cautioned.

It’s not very reassuring to discover Iran’s regime treats Canada as a 2nd home.

Mere incompetence doesn’t explain this.

Carney solves housing crisis.

OTTAWA — Canada’s housing crisis may get worse before it starts to show much relief, as new projections say that the number of housing starts will actually decrease this year and next.

These new estimates, from both public and private sector housing forecasts, contradict political promises from all levels of government to boost supply of homes across the country.

It’s all good Carney and his pals will continue making money off the shortages mass immigration creates.
