New evidence in the Charlie Kirk assassination is set to be made public at a hearing next month, a Utah judge ruled Monday.
Suspect Tyler Robinson’s lawyers sought to bar news cameras from a five-day preliminary hearing set for July, when the prosecution is expected to lay out evidence against the 23-year-old defendant.
District Judge Tony Graf rejected that motion.
In 2017, James Hodkinson, a Bernie Sanders supporter, assembled a list of Freedom Caucus members, headed to the Congressional baseball game, asked where the Republicans were, and opened fire on them.

Academia often provides a veneer of legitimacy for people to say insane and evil things.
That’s certainly the case for Parker Crutchfield, a professor at Western Michigan University’s medical school who teaches medical ethics.
To put it simply, Crutchfield has an obsession with covertly injecting people with substances to create a more “moral” world — all in the name of the greater good.

Mangione fangirls Abril Rios, Ashley Rojas and Lena Weissbrot proudly showed off the passes they received for their respective Substacks documenting Mangione’s upcoming trial for the murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
During the most recent episode of HBO’s Real Time, host Bill Maher targeted the left for pivoting from supporting gun control to supporting Luigi Mangione and other alleged assassins.
He began this portion of his monologue by saying, “And finally, Luigi Mangione, Cole Tomas Allen, Tyler Robinson, and the ghost of Thomas Crooks must form a boy band called ‘New Kids on the Glock.’”

A US judge on Monday apologized to the man accused of attempting to assassinate Donald Trump for the “legally deficient” treatment he has faced in a Washington DC, jail, including being placed on suicide watch, separated from other inmates and denied a Bible.
The US magistrate judge Zia Faruqui said he was disturbed by the conditions for Cole Allen, who allegedly fired a shotgun during a foiled attack on Trump and senior officials in his administration at a 25 April press gala. The judge said the conditions were inappropriate for a person with no criminal history.
“Whatever you’ve been through, I apologize,” Faruqui said during a court hearing.

I’m not a lawyer, nor is that a profession I especially admire. When I think of lawyers I think of the American Justice system, and when I think of that I begin to dwell on cases like the Charlie Kirk assassination and the treatment of Kirk’s alleged killer, Tyler Robinson.
Kirk was murdered on September 10, 2025, and yet Robinson’s trial may not begin for another six months. That’s one and a half years since the soyboy with an enormous drop jaw (look at his profile) climbed to that rooftop in Orem, Utah and shot and killed a man in the prime of life. When Kirk was assassinated, he was explaining to the outdoor audience at Utah Valley University the dangers of transgender ideology.
The Justice Department on Thursday released the clearest footage yet of White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting suspect Cole Allen charging the Washington Hilton ballroom security checkpoint as part of the alleged assasination attempt against President Trump.
The video, shared on social media by DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro, appears to show that Allen was armed with a long gun during his mad dash.

NPR “domestic extremism correspondent” Odette Yousef has a consistent pattern of finding extremism only on the “far right.” When Cole Tomas Allen shot up the White House Correspondents Dinner, that was somehow not left-wing extremism, as NPR’s headlines over Yousef’s reportage/camouflage from Monday’s All Things Considered claimed:
