It’s a mad world when two questionable athletes are the ones making sense

In the 1970s, O.J. Simpson and Bruce Jenner were at the pinnacle of American sports. Simpson was an extraordinary running back and Jenner was the Olympic decathlon winner. Since then, O.J. Simpson probably murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, while Bruce Jenner turned out to believe he’s a woman named Caitlyn. Neither of them is a person to whom one should look for rational thinking. Nevertheless, 2021 is such an utterly insane year, completely eclipsing the insanity of 2020, that both men have come out with common-sense statements in the past two weeks.

Canadian throuples and the future of parenting – A legal decision about polyamory is a bad omen for family life

Progressive campaigning, by definition, seeks to bring into being a desired world that — we’re told — would be an improvement over the existing cruel and ugly one. Recently, such campaigning has taken a radical new turn: the pursuit of legal reforms designed to enable everyone to bring into being the particular version of the world they wish to inhabit — often regardless of the degree to which that conflicts with others’ versions of reality.

Dan Fumano: ‘Vacancy tax’ hits airspace over B.C.’s mom-and-pop businesses this year

Dan Rodriguez recently learned he’ll need to cough up an extra $6,000 in taxes this year for the speculation and vacancy tax, a measure introduced by the provincial government with the stated aim of “turning empty homes into good housing for people who live and work in B.C.”

But Rodriguez isn’t on the hook because of any empty homes — he owes because of the air above his restaurant.

Why are We Vaccinating Children against Covid-19?

The acute focus in this writing is on the vaccination of children under 12 years of age with the Covid-19 vaccines as this raises very serious and urgent issues that must be confronted by societies in terms of possible unnecessary harms to our children. SARS-CoV-2 virus that leads to Covid-19 disease may be used interchangeably in this report. Why this focus? Because there is now a major effort to test the new mRNA-based vaccines against SARS CoV-2 virus in young children.

What is the rationale for this and what is the basis? Why would there be a push to vaccinate six-month-old babies? Vaccinate two-year-old infants? Vaccinate six-year-old children? Ten-year-old children? Via an experimental vaccine that delivers genetic code into your cells instructing it to produce a mock portion of the virus?

‘QAnon Shaman’ Files ‘Emergency Motion’ for Organic ‘Sustenance,’ Including Wild Caught Tuna, Vegetables, and Soup

Jacob Chansley, the so-called “QAnon Shaman” arrested for storming the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, has filed an emergency motion before a federal judge in Washington, D.C., “for sustenance.” In the alternative, Chansley is asking to be released from jail pending trial. The requests are related to Chansley’s belief in Shamanism, a religion which he says allows him to eat only organic food as a core tenet of practice.

Rick Wilson Threatens Critics in ‘Exclusive’ Straw Man Defense of Embattled Lincoln Project

Rick Wilson, cofounder of the Lincoln Project, has spent enough time around politicians and lawyers to be well-versed in the art of the straw man deflection, the non-denial denial, and the carefully worded bluster of righteous indignation.

Wilson skillfully deployed all of these familiar tactics Tuesday evening in what was teasingly billed as an “exclusive response” to the allegations of predatory sexual behavior against Lincoln Project cofounder John Weaver, who is no longer affiliated with the Democratic-aligned Super PAC. In the words of Lincoln Project TV host Tara Setmayer: “It’s going to be 🔥🔥. Don’t miss it!”

Bill Gates’ baboonish plan to play around with the sun’s rays begins

De-population guru, Bill Gates, among others, is backing the Harvard Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment to engineer the sun’s rays. The SCoPEx, Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment, is researching a form of “geoengineering” to prevent global warming. They want to spray tiny particles into the air to reflect sunlight and make the earth cooler. Then they’ll fly balloons 12 miles above Sweden to gather data.
