The drama began in the morning when the House Ways and Means Committee filed an amicus brief to Delaware US District Judge Maryellen Noreika arguing that the 53-year-old had benefited from “political interference which calls into question the propriety of the investigation” into alleged crimes including money laundering, felony tax evasion and failure to register as a foreign agent.

At a critical moment when executives of the corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma were pressuring board members Hunter Biden and Devon Archer to do more to block the Ukrainian government’s prosecution of company founder Mykola “Nikolai” Zlochevsky, Archer says that Hunter Biden put Zlochevsky and another company executive directly in touch with then-vice president Joe Biden on a speakerphone call from overseas.

Hunter Biden would dial in his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, on speakerphone into meetings with his overseas business partners, according to testimony expected before Congress this week from Devon Archer, the first son’s former best friend.

Archer, 48, who is facing jail for his role in a $60 million bond fraud, is scheduled to testify to the House Oversight Committee about meetings he witnessed that were attended by Joe Biden either in person or via speakerphone when Hunter would call his father and introduce him to foreign business partners or prospective investors.

Senator Grassley released a document Thursday revealing that a reliable FBI source had informed the bureau of the bribery scheme.

According to an unidentified informant businessman, the founder of Burisma recounted being pressured by then Vice-President Joe Biden to put Biden’s son Hunter on the Ukrainian energy company’s board, and for $10 million dollars in bribes – $5 million each to Joe and Hunter Biden – in order to use Biden’s political influence to force the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating Burisma.

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, just released a minimally redacted copy of the FBI’s FD-1023 detailing a confidential human source’s reporting of a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and the Ukrainian business Burisma. According to the FD-1023 summary, Burisma’s owner specifically referenced the firing of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin — the same man Biden bragged about Ukraine firing after his threat to withhold aid from the country while he was vice president.

WASHINGTON — IRS agent Joseph Ziegler stepped forward Wednesday as the second whistleblower alleging a coverup in the criminal investigation of President Biden’s son Hunter — calling himself a Democrat who wanted “to do what is right.”

Ziegler worked on the investigation since it opened in 2018 and was joined by his supervisory agent Gary Shapley, who oversaw the probe since January 2020, at a House Oversight Committee hearing.

A new FBI whistleblower has confirmed that FBI headquarters and the Secret Service colluded to keep Hunter Biden from having to do an interview with the agents investigating his illegal activities.
