CALGARY — The Canadian Museum for Human Rights has launched a social media campaign targeting what it refers to as “myths” surrounding the growing parental rights movement in Canada.
The museum argues that many of the movement’s policies are rooted in “transphobia and homophobia,” posing serious threats to “2SLGBTQI+” youth.

OTTAWA — Liberals say they’re keeping a close eye on the rollout of a new Alberta law that prohibits transgender athletes from competing in female-only athletic divisions.
“Our government believes in a sport system that provides opportunities for all Canadians to participate and excel in sport, including the transgender community. This means a sports system that is welcoming, inclusive, safe, fair, rooted in good governance and operations,” Alyson Fair, a spokesperson for Secretary of State for Sport Adam van Koeverden, said in an email.

The Canadian flag being removed from the front entrance of the Prime Minister’s Office in Ottawa and replaced with the intersex-inclusive Pride flag raised eyebrows of people walking by Friday.
As captured in video by Dacey Media, you can hear some expressing displeasure as crews on top of a small construction lift on the back of a truck, took down the Maple Leaf on a small flagpole and replaced it with the multi-coloured flag.

The school has reinstated the records of female swimmers who lost their titles to trans-identified male swimmer Lia Thomas.
On Tuesday, the University of Pennsylvania reached an agreement with the Trump administration’s Department of Education regarding trans-identified male swimmer Lia Thomas’s participation on the women’s swim team. Following a federal investigation, the university has agreed to revise records set by Thomas and to restore titles and accolades to the female athletes he displaced. UPenn will also issue personal apologies to the affected swimmers, bar male athletes from competing in women’s sports, and adopt biology-based definitions of “male” and “female” under Title IX.
This correction was inevitable. Reality, in the end, reasserts itself. But the mainstream press hasn’t budged. Instead, they continue to misinform their readers, deploying headlines designed to obscure plain facts.
B4U-ACT is part of a growing movement to legitimize sexual attraction to children.
An alarming new movement insists that sexual attraction to minors is not a psychiatric disorder to be managed but an identity to be affirmed. Leadin g this effort is B4U-ACT, a Maryland-based organization founded in 2003 to support pedophiles, or as they call them, “Minor-Attracted Persons” (MAPs). From May 2 through May 4, 2025, the group will host a conference in Ohio to train mental-health providers in “affirmative MAP therapy,” which seeks to help clients accept their “age of attraction” as an intrinsic and valid part of their identity. This approach abandons clinicians’ traditional risk-management focus when treating pedophiles and raises serious concerns about public safety.
A San Francisco drag queen group called the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a self-professed “order of queer and trans nuns,” is sparking controversy in the days leading up to their annual transgender Easter event.

Canada’s transgender advocates are calling on Ottawa to provide a safe haven to gender-diverse residents of the United States after President Donald Trump signed an executive order saying
Washington now only recognizes two sexes: male and female.

The Ontario Human Rights Tribunal has found the township of Emo will have to pay damages after refusing to proclaim Pride Month back in 2020.
Borderland Pride requested Emo to declare June as Pride Month and display a rainbow flag for one week but the township refused, resulting in a years-long process in which the tribunal ruled against the township.
The tribunal ruled Borderland Pride will be awarded $15,000, with $10,000 coming from the township itself and the other $5,000 coming from Emo mayor Harold McQuaker.
