Drag marchers spark outrage with ‘we’re coming for your children’ chant at NYC Pride event

LGBTQ activists participating in New York City’s annual Drag March on Friday sparked outrage for chanting “we’re here, we’re queer, we’re coming for your children” in a Manhattan park.

The marchers, many wearing flamboyant dresses and clothing, walked through Tompkins Square Park in the East Village Friday night as part of the city’s Pride Month celebrations.

I have been engaged in an ongoing dialogue with a physician who works in a major children’s hospital in a blue city. This physician has witnessed firsthand how transgender ideology has captured the medical profession and jeopardized the first commandment of the healing sciences: do no harm.

He has now chosen to speak out, on condition of anonymity, because he is alarmed by the sudden corruption of the medical community. His colleagues, many of whom oppose transgender interventions, have so far chosen to stay silent. This interview has been edited for length and clarity.

‘It turned out to be a big mistake,’ Milo says in the clip, which went online on Wednesday.

AMC Theatres Cancels De-Transitioner Film Following Trans Group’s De-Platforming Campaign

AMC Theatres abruptly canceled a film showcasing the voices of young people who have de-transitioned after having hormone therapy and surgeries to purportedly “affirm” their “gender identity.”

“No Way Back: The Reality of Gender-Affirming Care” was set for initial release on June 21 in dozens of theaters across the country. Producers of the film say AMC caved to the pressure of a de-platforming campaign by a transgender group called the Queer Trans Project, which has not had access to view the full film.

New bills mean that parents must ‘affirm’ a child’s gender

California has taken two further steps forward in the push to institutionalise the primacy of human desire over human flesh and human relationships.

California bill SB 729, passed in the Senate last month, redefines “infertility” not as a medical condition but a status that can be caused by an individual’s situation as much as by medical issues. Meanwhile another bill, AB 957, passed in May, has amended the state’s standard for what constitutes parental responsibility for child welfare. To be deemed fit for providing for “the health, safety, and welfare of the child,” in a court of law, parents must not merely “consider” but “affirm” a child’s chosen gender identity.

Foster mother ‘nearly lost children after questioning school’s gender ideology class’

A deputy headteacher attempted to have a foster mother’s children taken away when she questioned the school’s teaching of the “genderbread person”, it has been claimed.

The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was reported to social services because the teacher was “concerned” that the children were encountering “exceptionally bigoted” views.
In an email seen by The Telegraph, the teacher said the children are “looked after physically”, but that there was a danger that they could “expound similar bigoted viewpoints” to their mother.

Pride Month Is Inflaming the Culture War Across Canada

Children of all ages in schools across Canada took part in pervasive discussions about sexual orientation and gender identity during the first week of June. Such discussions inevitably arose around Pride Month events, and parents concerned about their age-appropriateness are reacting more strongly than in past years, says parental rights advocate Shannon Boschy.

“I’ve talked to people from Prince Edward Island, from Fredericton in New Brunswick, from Vancouver, Nanaimo, Kamloops, and Kelowna in British Columbia. Parents are all feeling the same thing: They’re frustrated that the school boards are not listening, that they’re shutting down parent concerns at every level and pushing this controversial ideology on the insistence that this is human rights,” Boschy told The Epoch Times.
