U.S. Republican says Trudeau, not Trump, is NATO threat on defence spending

A U.S. Republican congressman is calling Prime Minister Justin Trudeau a “threat” to NATO’s stability and success, saying Canada’s defence spending and military contributions aren’t enough.

U.S. Rep. Mike Turner made the comments in an op-ed in Newsweek suggesting “Trudeau, not (Donald) Trump, is a threat to the stability and success of NATO” because of the country’s long-standing lag on a plan to hit the agreed upon target for members to spend two per cent of their GDP on defence.

Canadian Bust Discredits Gun Control Narrative

Once upon a time, Canadian gun laws weren’t all that bad. Sure, they restricted some stuff more than the United States did, but who doesn’t?

Since the Nova Scotia massacre, and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s “brown face” scandal, the Canadian government has been on a tear. They’ve restricted handguns heavily and banned so-called assault weapons. All in what they claim is an attempt to prevent violent crime.

Christopher Dummitt: Serious questions for Canadians who still support Samidoun and Hamas

The Hamas-supporting terrorist group Samidoun represents a conundrum for this country. But it might not be the one you’d think.

We can take Samidoun at its word — that they really do have a vendetta against Canada and the western world in general. The federal government has, finally, listed the group as a terrorist organization.

Lots of great questions “why” for the Hamas supporters.

But I would love to ask our political and chattering classes why they run cover for the Islamist cult, why they invited the cult to settle in Canada and what they propose to do to safeguard society from Muslim predation. Look to Europe to glimpse Canada’s future with Islam. Nothing ever gets better by adding more Islam.

Americans living in Canada vow to move to Canada again if Trump wins

Bruce Heyman – Obama Era Blowhard Featured Ad Nauseum in Canada’s MSM

Former envoy says Americans in Canada ‘could determine’ next president

When former President Donald Trump falsely proclaimed online last month that Democrats were “getting ready to cheat” by mailing ballots to voters overseas, Bruce Heyman couldn’t hold back his excitement.

A former U.S. ambassador to Canada under President Barack Obama, Heyman is now leading an effort to canvass and turn out American voters living north of the border to support Democrats. He is convinced that in a close election, Americans in Canada could make the difference.

Canada offers free benefits to Gaza refugees, details remain unclear

Gazan refugees arriving in Canada will receive free health care, language training, work and study permits, and other financial assistance, the Department of Immigration announced this week.

However, the department did not disclose the total cost of the program.

“Financial assistance will help Gazans meet their basic needs such as food, clothing, and housing as they arrive in communities across Canada and find jobs,” the department said in a statement. “More details about this program will be shared when available.”

Newcomers owe it to Canada to reject extremism

What do Canadians — permanent residents and citizens — owe to Canada regarding the politics of the “old country” conducted here?

With the astonishing allegations of criminal activity, including extortion and homicide — “well over a dozen credible and imminent threats to life” — made against the government of India by the RCMP, long-standing issues in Canada’s Sikh community were brought into the spotlight. But diaspora politics is a bigger challenge than any one community, as this past week also highlighted in regard to foreign interference by China.

That will depend on where the “newcomers” hail from.

Canada is a case study illustrating the import of incompatible cultures that have no connection to our heritage and traditions is a recipe for disaster.

Do not vote for those who wish to replace you.

Defending yourself and your family’s best interests does not make you a racist.

Many refugees seeking safety in Canada end up in shelters for months

Every year, refugees come to Canada fleeing war , violence and persecution. But their hopes for a smooth transition are often dashed as soon as their feet hit Canadian soil. Many find themselves sleeping on a mattress on the floor of a homeless shelter.

Khairiya Abdul-Mumin fled Ghana one year ago. She had no time to prepare or save money and arrived at YYC with $50 in her pocket and months of frigid winter weather ahead of her.

Canada must have a reputation as an easy mark. Why else would someone in Ghana choose to fly here as a “refugee”. Close the border.

Who is Samidoun’s Charlotte Kates, the face of Canada’s newest terrorist entity?

Samidoun Bitch Charlotte Kates

OTTAWA — It was September 2000, and Charlotte Kates was in college when violence erupted in the West Bank and Gaza.

It was the beginning of what would become known as the second intifada — a violent uprising whose Arabic name means “shaking off”— that left around 4,000 civilians dead and saw Palestinian terrorists carry out suicide bombings in Israel, triggering an Israeli military retaliation.

Canada owes America an apology – for Kamala Harris

When Vice President Kamala Harris replaced President Joe Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket, many assumed her Left-wing ideology would immediately take centre stage. Lo and behold, that’s what happened.

Harris is a progressive’s progressive. She’s pro-affirmative action and supports gun control. She is weak on illegal immigration, has defended sanctuary cities, and was one of ten senators who opposed the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement in part because it didn’t tackle climate change.

Poor people with non-terminal illness more likely to be legally murdered in Ontario

Rates of medical assistance in dying for non-terminal illness in Ontario higher in poorer neighbourhoods, reports say

In one case, an Ontario man in his late 40s with debilitating ulcers was granted medical assistance in dying, despite a litany of mental disorders and previous suicide attempts.

In another, a woman in her 50s with a history of depression, anxiety and suicidality received MAID in part because she couldn’t find housing that would relieve her suffering from multiple chemical sensitivity syndrome, a rare condition in which pain, fatigue, rashes and other ailments arise from mild exposure to chemicals.

Justin Trudeau and Pierre Poilievre are putting their parties before the country, says guy who put his pension before Canada

Justin Trudeau and Pierre Poilievre are putting their parties before the country, Jagmeet Singh says

OTTAWA—NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh has accused his political rivals of putting their electoral prospects before protecting Canada’s democracy, the day after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau unveiled bombshell allegations that there are Conservatives with ties to foreign meddling.

That the prime minister dropped those revelations at a public inquiry peeling back the layers of his own Liberal government’s response to foreign interference was not lost on Singh, who said Thursday that both Trudeau and Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre “have, at many times, chosen to put their party before the country.”

Former Olympic Snowboarder Wanted by F.B.I. on Murder and Drug Charges

A Canadian snowboarder who competed at the 2002 Winter Olympics is wanted by the F.B.I. on charges of conspiring to ship hundreds of kilograms of cocaine into Canada and the United States and on suspicion of orchestrating multiple murders, the U.S. attorney’s office for the Central District of California announced in a statement on Thursday.

The snowboarder, Ryan James Wedding, 43, born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, was indicted along with 15 others on charges of running a transnational drug trafficking operation that shipped bulk quantities of cocaine from California to Canada from about January to April 2024, the U.S. attorney’s office said in its statement. Mr. Wedding, a fugitive who was believed to be living in Mexico, was charged with eight felonies including one count of conspiracy to export cocaine and three counts of murder in connection with a drug crime.

Kamala Harris is losing the campaign

Kamala Harris is a money magnet. She has raised more cash – a cool US$1-billion and counting – since becoming the Democratic nominee in July than any previous presidential candidate over a similar time span. She is racking up campaign donations at twice the pace of her Republican rival, Donald Trump, and flooding swing-state airwaves with far more ads.

Since replacing President Joe Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket, Ms. Harris has received largely uncritical coverage from most of the mainstream U.S. media, which have also focused relentlessly on Mr. Trump’s lies, gaffes, insults and mental instability.

Trump Rules.
