An international strategist says Canada is sitting on the largest housing bubble of all time — is he right?

Canada could be sitting on the biggest housing bubble of all time, a strategist says, and once it bursts the nation could be propelled into a deeper recession than economists have originally forecast.

Phillip Colmar, managing partner and global strategist at research firm MRB Partners — which has offices in Montreal, New York, and London, U.K. — has analyzed housing bubbles across the globe and flagged Canada as potentially having the most concerning one.

Canada’s conservatives fight back against progressive school policies

An obviously aroused Justin Trudeau abandons decorum while prancing about at a Gay Pride event.

Education has become the new focal point for the country’s culture wars

Conservative and civil libertarian voices have long been stymied by Canada’s indifferent public and politicians. This provided cover for elites to run wild in schools and institutions. But now that era is coming to an end.

Commie Lunatic Guilbeault vows to destroy oil sector

Suncor’s revised focus on oil production proof of need for emissions cap: Guilbeault

OTTAWA – Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault says he is more convinced than ever of the need to regulate emissions in the oil and gas industry, following a prominent CEO’s comments about refocusing his company on oil production.

Suncor CEO Rich Kruger told investors in a conference call on Aug. 15 that the company had a “disproportionate” focus on the longer-term energy transition to low-emitting and renewable fuels.

Everything the Trudeau government does is a threat to our physical and economic security.

Canada’s woke nightmare: A warning to the West

Canada’s woke nightmare: A warning to the West

Under Justin Trudeau, Canada has sought to position itself as the global bastion of progressive politics. In my latest Telegraph documentary, seen above, I went to the former British colony to find out how Canadians are dealing with Trudeau’s radical reforms; from the promotion of gender ideology in schools and the mass legalisation of drugs, to his extreme new suicide laws and clamp downs on freedom of speech.

I began my investigation in one of the country’s most liberal cities, Vancouver. Possession of up to 2.5 grams of hard drugs, including heroin, cocaine and fentanyl, has been legalised in the city as part of a three year experiment which began in January of this year. If the aim was to combat the opioid crisis that already beset the city then it appears there is still much to be done as vast tent sites line the streets, patrolled by roaming zombie-like drug addicts.

300 foreign criminals deemed a danger to the public could be your neighbor but this is Canada so who knows?

Arrest warrants issued for 300 foreign criminals deemed a danger to the public, facing deportation

The federal authorities have active arrest warrants for 300 foreign criminals deemed a danger to the public and facing deportation from Canada, including sex offenders and people convicted of violent crimes, according to the Canada Border Services Agency.

It is trying to track down more than 37,000 foreigners who may pose a flight risk, may not voluntarily agree to be questioned or attend an immigration hearing, or who may pose a danger to the public.

Those 300 criminals are likely racialized so they should just be set free like this guy: Whitehorse bar shooter testifies to being child soldier in Sudan

Climate Stupidity Canadian Style

Competition is high between nations to see who can implement the silliest climate policies. President Biden is far in the lead, but other nations want to catch up.

Trudeau’s Liberals at third among younger voters must sting

Third, that’s where Justin Trudeau’s Liberals rank among voters born after 1979. Those are the shock numbers from the latest poll by Abacus Data that doesn’t offer any good news for Trudeau.

The poll numbers show a favourable trend, but I won’t discount the possibility of yet another LPC minority with Sell-Out Singh.

I bet lots of younger voters will believe Junior and Singh will buy them a new home.

More proof carbon taxes make life more expensive

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau claims he’s “making life more affordable” but his own government agencies continue to prove his carbon tax makes life more expensive.

“Nova Scotians saw prices at the pump increase by 14% in July compared with June,” Statistics Canada reported . “The introduction of the federal carbon levy in the province and higher wholesale prices contributed to higher gasoline prices.”

It’s not just Statistics Canada. Canada Revenue Agency shows the carbon tax currently increases the price of gasoline by 14¢ per litre, the price of diesel and home heating oil by 17¢ per litre and the price of natural gas by 12¢ per cubic metre.
