The Liberal Gov’t Conspired With Canada’s Corporate Welfare Class To Replace 10% Of The Workforce With Cheap Foreign Labour

We’ve known for some time that Canada’s immigration system was handed over to Corporate Canada and that they enthusiastically set about destroying the economic and social well being of our citizens with their gleeful lust for cheap foreign labour.

The results are everywhere to be seen. Insane Mohammedans parade about our streets in their role as Stormtroopers of Canada’s elite.

Our cities are 3rd world dumpster fires.

You’ve lost your job and can’t find a doctor for your family.

Welcome to the new Canada. Carney is one of them.

GOLDSTEIN: Can Carney Liberals fix damage caused by Trudeau Liberals?

Prime Minister Mark Carney’s mandate letter to his cabinet is largely an attempt to address problems created, ignored or exacerbated by his predecessor, Justin Trudeau.

In that context, it’s hard to see how effective Carney’s cabinet will be in achieving his goals, given its large contingent of Trudeau-era ministers who, under Trudeau’s leadership, screwed up many of the files Carney now says he wants to fix.

WALLACE & NEMETH: Carney’s carbon tariff dream will just be more inflation

Mark Carney has made it clear that as part of continued net zero policies, his government will consider imposing a Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM.) That would be a carbon tariff applied to imports, to support Canadian products burdened by domestic carbon pricing.

Proposed in 2021 and included in the 2024 Fall Economic Statement, the Canadian CBAM is a misguided attempt to shield domestic industries. In response to America’s new tariffs, a CBAM has been proposed to pivot trade to the EU and adopt a European-style CBAM.

Conrad Black: Canada covers itself in shame over Israel

On May 19, a joint statement was issued by the governments of the United Kingdom, France, and Canada whose principal points were: ”We call on the Israeli government to stop its military operations in Gaza and immediately allow humanitarian aid to enter Gaza. This must include engaging with the UN to ensure a return to delivery of aid in line with humanitarian principles.” “Israel suffered a heinous attack on October 7. We have always supported Israel’s right to defend Israelis against terrorism. But this escalation is wholly disproportionate.” “If Israel does not cease the renewed military offensive and lift its restrictions on humanitarian aid, we will take further concrete actions in response.” “It is a ceasefire, the release of all remaining hostages and a long-term political solution that offer the best hope of ending the agony of the hostages and their families, alleviating the suffering of civilians in Gaza, ending Hamas’s control of Gaza and achieving a pathway to a two-state solution.”

What the data show about the state of immigration in Canada since cuts were announced … The Liberal Government Is Not Serious About Reducing Mass Immigration

A new analysis of immigration data released by the federal government reveals that while the number of new permanent residents dropped after the federal government announced that it would cut immigration levels, the number of temporary foreign workers actually increased, while other temporary permits declined.

Last October, the federal government under then prime minister Justin Trudeau announced it would reduce its permanent immigration targets from 500,000 down to 395,000 in 2025. The government also set a cap for the first time on the intake of temporary residents in both student and worker streams, at 673,650 temporary resident visas for 2025.

It’s all bullshit. You’re children will never own a home and your city will be a 3rd World dumpster like the GTA.

Mark Carney’s daughter could be among international students caught in Harvard-Trump fight

A U.S. judge has provided Harvard University a temporary reprieve from the Trump administration’s move to block enrolment of foreign students, including Canadians.

In a lawsuit filed early Friday in federal court in Boston, Harvard said the government’s action violates the First Amendment, the Associated Press reports, and will have an “immediate and devastating effect” on its more than 7,000 international visa holders.

Why do I doubt she’ll be shown the door.

Amy Hamm: No, Joly, we don’t want America’s far-left academic refugees

We surveyed Canadians on the top three fixes for the country’s ailing economy. Respondents unanimously agreed: pipelines, pipelines, and pipelines. Okay, we didn’t actually run a survey, but any sensible Canadian knows what the real answer to our economic woes is — even those who carry a carbon footprint like an albatross around their neck. And even, it now appears, Quebecers.

We are tired of being broke, and at (trade) war with the vastly superior economy of the U.S. We want to unleash our oil and gas potential.

‘Defined by delivery’: Energy minister says Canada will become a superpower

The federal government is pushing for more energy development across the country, but emphasizes that the work on the projects must be done with all proper consultation.

Canada’s Minister of Energy Tim Hodgson made the remarks during a conference at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce on Friday.

“Today we find ourselves at a pivotal moment. Global economies and markets are volatile. President Trump’s tariffs are disrupting trade, threatening Canadian jobs and industries and rewriting the rules of the game,” Hodgson said.

Smells like Bullshit to me.

Ottawa has to allow home prices to fall to make housing more affordable, experts say

OTTAWA – Housing experts are pushing back against a federal cabinet minister’s recent claim that home prices don’t need to go down in order to restore housing affordability.

Gregor Robertson, the former mayor of Vancouver who was elected to the House of Commons in April, sparked the debate after he was sworn in as housing minister earlier this, when a reporter asked him whether he thinks home prices need to fall.

“No, I think that we need to deliver more supply, make sure the market is stable. It’s a huge part of our economy,” he said.

People holding “underwater mortgages” are increasing and are typically found in urban centres like those that voted for Carney.

Terry Newman: Where’s the ‘crisis,’ Carney?

The Trump annexation scare sure evaporated quickly

It was not that long ago, merely March, when Prime Minister Mark Carney, fresh off his Liberal party leadership win, began telling Canadians his party needed a “strong mandate” because Canadians were “facing the most significant crisis of our lifetimes because of President Donald Trump’s unjustified trade actions and his threats to our sovereignty.” He insisted a snap election was essential, as was electing him, the self-proclaimed “crisis manager,” to address it.

Canadians were promised a foreign agent registry — so where is it?

When Parliament passed a sweeping national security bill last June, the Liberal government promised to establish a foreign influence transparency registry to convict proxies trying to meddle in Canadian politics.

But nearly a year later, it remains unclear how soon the office will be up and running

“I think it’s a huge vulnerability that needs to be addressed and needs to be fixed,” said Dennis Molinaro, a former national security analyst with the federal government who now teaches at Ontario Tech University.

Carney’s cronies won’t want that.

Geoff Russ: Canada’s populist movement will have its day

Unless Carney addresses issues such as affordability and immigration, grassroots anger will eventually bring his government down

Canada’s populist moment did not come to pass — at least not yet.

Having deluded themselves into believing that the status quo is tenable, many on the left celebrated the result of the recent federal election as proof that Canada could withstand the wave of anti-establishment politics that has swept the West in recent years.

Conservative MP Jamil Jivani launches petition to end temporary foreign worker program

OTTAWA — Conservative MP Jamil Jivani has launched a petition to end the temporary foreign worker program.

The petition says the temporary foreign worker program is a “large contributor” to an unsustainable level of immigration and claims the program is taking jobs away from Canadians and suppressing wages.

JAY GOLDBERG: Trudeau’s censorship czar retakes the helm

Liar.

Prime Minister Mark Carney should repeal the Justin Trudeau government’s dangerous censorship law before it comes into full force.

Sadly, with Steven Guilbeault appointed as the man responsible for overseeing the Canadian identity ministry, Carney appears prepared to double down on the censorship drive of the Trudeau years instead.

Why the pessimism?

Netanyahu accuses Starmer, Macron and Carney of siding with “mass murderers, rapists, baby killers and kidnappers”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has launched a blistering attack on Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and the leaders of France and Canada – saying that they had “effectively said they want Hamas to remain in power”.

He also accused Starmer, Emmanuel Macron and Mark Carney of siding with “mass murderers, rapists, baby killers and kidnappers”.

Carney is probably trying to monetize Hamas support rally’s.
