CRIMINAL charges have been filed against the Swiss drugs authority on behalf of six people allegedly injured by the Covid vaccination. A team of lawyers and scientists have compiled a comprehensive evidence report and have made publicly available around 1,200 items of evidence, arguing that Swissmedic has created a risk to public health which significantly exceeds that of SARS-CoV-2.
They assert that the authority approved the new gene therapeutics, although the minimum standards required by law were never met, citing a lack of evidence as to the effectiveness of the vaccines, the failure to minimise the risks associated with that approval, and failing to protect the health of consumers. As a result, it is alleged, the public was misled by incomplete and untrue information about the actual benefit-risk ratio of the so-called vaccination.

‘Everyone in China should be allowed to express themselves, should be allowed to share their perspectives and indeed protest.’ So said Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau this week, in response to Beijing’s brutal crackdown on China’s anti-lockdown protests – the largest protests in China since the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989.
To describe Trudeau as an unlikely defender of the right to protest would be the understatement of the year. This is a leader whose own crackdowns on protest broke new ground in the West when it came to Covid authoritarianism. His showdown with the Canadian truckers earlier this year was an especially shameful episode.
On the ground in Shanghai, where young people, born after the Tiananmen Square Massacre, are fed up and fighting back against the CCP.
SHANGHAI — On Saturday night, the center of Shanghai was teeming with young people in bars drinking and watching the World Cup on wide-screen televisions. They were rooting for Argentina, which was facing off against Mexico. (The Chinese love Lionel Messi, Argentina’s star striker.)
Then, something happened.
The message started to spread—mostly on Wechat, China’s No. 1 chat app—that a few people were gathering and lighting candles on Urumqi Road, in the French Concession, which is full of high-end bakeries and eateries and Shanghai’s famous, three-story lane houses.
Authorities in cities across China are using sophisticated surveillance methods to dampen anti-lockdown demonstrations, according to lawyers and protesters.
Several sources told DW that police in large cities like Shanghai have been randomly checking people’s phones on the street or on subways. Police have demanded people provide personal information and immediately remove apps like Telegram, Twitter or Instagram.
Others have said they were called by police and had their phones searched by authorities.
“Police warned me not to use Telegram and asked me to stop sharing information about the pandemic through the software,” said one protester with the surname Lin, who declined to be identified by his full name due to security concerns.
HOW do you know when politicians are lying? When they are signalling virtue. As the last three years has shown, their supposed liberal values are a façade, masking a self-serving and authoritarian outlook. Unless useful to their career, they are not really interested in the wants and needs of ordinary people. They want to be seen as progressive and compassionate, but by performance rather than by principles and practice. Our corrupt mainstream media do their bidding.
Such pretence is evident in the brazenly hypocritical reactions to protests in China against Covid-19 restrictions. Political leaders and mainstream newspapers are competing for the most sanctimonious grandstanding.

Thanks to a court order, we now know that the first people to get the COVID-19 “vaccine” reported a shockingly high number of serious health issues.
Of the roughly 10 million early recipients of the vaccine, 7.7% — almost 770,000 people, mostly first responders and healthcare workers — reported needing medical care after getting the COVID-19 shot. The reports were collected via the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) vaccine effects monitoring phone app, v-safe.
Western liberals cheered on Xi’s authoritarian measures
In the streets of China, people are rising up to reassert their human dignity in the face of the most dehumanising machine of social control in the world today: the Chinese Communist Party’s Zero-Covid terror-state.
For three years, the Chinese government has maintained its policy of draconian city-wide lockdowns, endless daily mass testing, and digital Covid-passes. It has set up vast camps to house those dragged into quarantine for weeks at a time, and, more recently, “closed-loop” factories.
The popular uprisings over Xi Jinping’s Zero Covid policy illustrate the limits common to all authoritarian regimes.
The popular uprisings taking place all over China, which are spontaneous and without leadership or definite ideology (even democratic), are in no way specifically Chinese; rather, they illustrate the limits of all authoritarian regimes in all civilizations. We can classify these limits according to a few universal principles that can now be applied to China, as they were to past fascist regimes and to the Soviet Union.

Extraordinary protests quickly spread across China over the weekend, including major cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, since a fire Thursday claimed a reported 10 lives in an apartment block in Urumqi, in the northwestern part of the country.
China’s people were enraged by the regime’s COVID controls, which had prevented firefighters from reaching the scene of the tragedy in time. “This is people past their breaking point,” tweeted CNN’s Selina Wang on Sunday.
Less than six weeks after Xi Jinping doubled down on his Zero Covid strategy, a swelling sea of discontent is finally breaking on its rocks. Outside the dining halls of two of the country’s most prestigious campuses, Peking University and Tsinghua University, small crowds of students risked their liberty over the weekend by chanting “freedom of expression, democracy and the rule of law”. According to one count, as of midday yesterday, there had been protests at more than 80 other universities, including in Shanghai and Beijing.

One quarter of Americans believe the Chinese coronavirus pandemic has already ended, but one-third believe it will “never” end, a survey from The Economist/YouGov found.
The survey asked respondents, “In your opinion, when do you think the COVID-19 pandemic will finally end?”
Chinese bots are swamping Twitter with sexually explicit posts about porn and escorts in an apparent bid to stop the spread of news about the massive protests against lockdowns and President Xi Jinping.
Searches for major Chinese cities that have seen mass protests will “mostly see ads for escorts/porn/gambling, drowning out legitimate search results,” said Air-Moving Device, sharing a series of charts.
If we go to a doctor or clinic for a vaccination, be it an influenza shot or a COVID-19 vaccine, we go with the expectation that it is safe.
We usually dismiss mild symptoms, such as headaches, fever, pain, and redness at the injection site, since we are typically informed of them beforehand and expect them to be transient in duration. Thankfully, most of the time, people recover from them and proceed with their lives as before.
