‘I saw nothing that gave me pause’: Bill Clinton says he had no knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes

Former U.S. president Bill Clinton said in an opening statement made public on Friday that if he had knowledge of crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein when the two men were acquainted, “I would have turned him in myself.”

Clinton, 79, is giving a closed-door deposition on matters related to the investigations and prosecutions of the late, convicted sex offender to a Republican-led House oversight committee from his Chappaqua, N.Y., hometown.

There’s No Meltdown Like a Hillary Meltdown. This Is Her ‘Best Of’ Album.

Pure evil.

Over the weekend, we got a nostalgic glimpse of what could have been had Hillary Clinton defeated President Donald Trump back in 2016. My colleagues Stephen Kruiser and David Manney both captured a uniquely “Hillary moment” that happened over the weekend. Here’s how David described Clinton’s panel discussion appearance at the Munich Security Conference…

The Clintons Are So Over

What do you call a former two-term president of the United States and his wife, a former first lady, secretary of state and nominee for president? In the Democratic Party, you call them baggage.

After years of scandal, former President Bill Clinton is caught up in the Jeffrey Epstein revelations. Last August, the House Committee on Government Reform sent Clinton a subpoena based on his travel on Epstein’s airplane, on alleged contact with Epstein’s victims and on his alleged closeness with Ghislaine Maxwell. At the same time, the committee sent a subpoena to failed 2016 presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, basically asking for what she knew about Epstein via her husband.

Finally, Some Journalisming! NY Times Front-Pager Exposes Epstein Ties to Clinton Machine

Turns out even a broken clock can get it right twice a day. The New York Times just plastered their front-page with an exposé connecting the sadistic Jeffrey Epstein empire with the politically radioactive Clintons.

Following the release of long-awaited files pertaining to the Epstein case by the Department of Justice, Times investigative reporter Danny Hakim took a detour away from his employer’s never-ending Trump bashing to draft a February 8 story that’s sure to make liberal heads spin: “Epstein Files Reveal Scope of Ghislaine Maxwell’s Role in Clinton Circle.”

How the Democrats turned on the Clintons

It took months of political pressure and the threat of a prison sentence, but Bill Clinton is being hauled before Congress over his links to Jeffrey Epstein.

The situation is virtually unprecedented. The last time a former president appeared on Capitol Hill, it was Gerald Ford in 1983. Even then, the man who pardoned Richard Nixon was only there to discuss celebrations marking the Constitution’s bicentennial.

For Mr Clinton, who was impeached in 1998 over the Monica Lewinsky scandal, it is one more controversy in the career of the so-called “Comeback Kid”.

Bill and Hillary Clinton agree to testify in Epstein probe

Former US President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton agreed to testify in an investigation into the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein late on Monday, possibly averting a planned vote to hold them in contempt of Congress.

“They look forward to setting a precedent that applies to everyone,” Clinton spokesperson Angel Urena said on X.

The Republican-led House Oversight Committee had recommended contempt proceedings saying, “Clintons are not above the law,” after the couple declined to appear in person.

House Oversight Committee votes to hold Clintons in contempt of Congress

The House Oversight Committee voted in support of holding former president Bill Clinton and former secretary of state Hillary Clinton in contempt of Congress on Wednesday after the couple refused to appear for closed-door transcribed depositions related to the committee’s ongoing investigation of deceased convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

A resolution holding Hillary Clinton in contempt passed largely along party lines, 28 to 15. Three Democrats voted with Republicans: Reps. Melanie Stansbury (R-New Mexico), Summer Lee (D-Pennsylvania) and Rashida Tlaib (D-Michigan). The resolution holding Bill Clinton in contempt received more Democratic support, and passed 34 to 8.

There Is No Virtue Left to Signal

You probably saw on Wednesday that Bill Clinton failed to appear before the House Oversight Committee, which had lots of questions for him about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Hillary Clinton was due to appear before the committee Thursday, and it was fairly obvious she was going to refuse the appearance as well.

As a result, contempt of Congress proceedings will commence next week.

Facing Contempt Threat, Clintons Refuse to Testify in Epstein Inquiry

Bill and Hillary Clinton refused on Tuesday to testify in the House’s Jeffrey Epstein investigation, escalating a monthslong battle with Representative James R. Comer, Republican of Kentucky, and effectively daring him to follow through on his threats to hold them in contempt of Congress.

“Every person has to decide when they have seen or had enough and are ready to fight for this country, its principles and its people, no matter the consequences,” the Clintons wrote in a lengthy letter to Mr. Comer, which was obtained by The New York Times. “For us, now is that time.”

What gall.

Bondi directs SDNY Attorney Clayton to investigate Epstein’s links to Bill Clinton and Democrats after Trump’s request

President Trump called on the Department of Justice to probe late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s links to Democratic bigwigs and institutions like JP Morgan Chase – a request Attorney General Pam Bondi was ready to launch Friday.

Bondi instructed the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Jay Clayton, to oversee an investigation, vowing it would be handled “with urgency and integrity.”

Comey’s Own Notes Prove He Knew The Russia Hoax Was A Clinton Plot

On Monday, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Lindsey Halligan filed an extraordinary batch of documents in the public docket of her case against former FBI Director James Comey. The exhibits range from Comey’s communications with his handpicked FBI leaker, Daniel Richman, a Columbia law professor the bureau employed specifically to funnel Comey’s preferred narratives to the press, to text messages between Richman and New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt. But the most significant document by far is Comey’s own handwritten notes proving, beyond any doubt, that he knew early on the entire Russia collusion story was a Clinton campaign fabrication.

James Woods Roasts Hillary Clinton‘s White House Renovation Screed: ‘Your Husband Getting Blow Jobs in the Oval Office Destroyed It‘

Actor James Woods roasted failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton over her outcry at President Donald Trump’s White House renovations, in which the former First Lady accused Trump of “destroying” the building. “What destroyed it was your husband getting blow jobs in the Oval Office,” Woods said

Rolling Stone’s Piece Defending the Dems’ Russian Collusion Hoax Is Beyond Parody

It’s not shocking that Rolling Stone would do this, but it’s still a bit jarring to see that they have zero shame. They claim—get this—that the new Russian collusion documents that have been released by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) were manufactured by Moscow. That’s right—all the files showing a massive seditious conspiracy by Democrats and the media is a Kremlin operation. I must laugh at this sloppy, brain-dead attempt at gaslighting and pivoting. The game is over, kids. You lost.
