Trudeau right to trample Bouncy Castle, Old Woman says Rouleau as he justifies use of Emergencies Act.

Trudeau right to trample Bouncy Castle, Old Woman says Rouleau as he justifies use of Emergencies Act.

Frankly I was right to expect nothing Rouleau says invoking the Hitler Act was AOK with him.

Trudeau government was justified in using unprecedented powers of Emergencies Act: ruling

The Trudeau government’s unprecedented use of the Emergencies Act last year was justified, Commissioner Paul Rouleau has ruled, but could have been avoided if not for failures of policing and federalism.

‘Freedom Convoy’ trial needs judge from outside Ottawa, Crown says

OTTAWA—The Crown wants an out-of-town judge to preside over the criminal trial of two main “Freedom Convoy” organizers, as one of them argues his charges should be stayed because the disclosure of a huge volume of cellphone records violated his rights to privacy and a fair trail.

The application for a judge from outside the capital — where convoy protesters staged a three-week occupation to denounce COVID-19 health measures last year — is meant to ensure there is no risk of “unconscious” bias in the case, said Dallas Mack, the deputy Crown attorney at the Ottawa courthouse.

The FBI’s Catholic Canard

The bureau withdraws a document warning about ‘radical-traditionalist’ believers.

House Republicans are accusing the Federal Bureau of Investigation of political bias, and the bureau certainly isn’t helping its own defense. See its retraction of a field-office report lumping some “traditionalist” Catholics with “violent extremists” and calling for government investigation.

A whistleblower last week leaked a January report from the FBI’s Richmond office entitled: “Interest of Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists in Radical-Traditionalist Catholic Ideology Almost Certainly Presents New Mitigation Opportunities.”

I believe the time has passed when calls to dismantle the FBI could be passed off as “fringe.”

It was Justin Trudeau who picked the fight with the ‘Truckists’

If you like, you can situate the opening scene of the Valentine’s Day 2022 Emergencies Act melodrama in Prince Rupert, on British Columbia’s north coast, at roughly 7 a.m. on Jan. 22 last year. An Ottawa-bound convoy of trucks rolled eastward out of town along Highway 16, eventually converging with other convoys from points south and east, and by Saturday, Jan. 29, Ottawa was besieged, it’s fair to say.

Trudeau could resign next.

FBI To Retract Catholic Infiltration Memo, Conduct Internal Review

The FBI is retracting a leaked document that advised the Bureau to infiltrate groups of traditionalist Roman Catholics who the assessment claimed were at risk of committing acts of extremist violence, the Daily Caller has learned.

The FBI tells the Caller that the document, put forward by the Richmond field office, “does not meet the exacting standards of the FBI” and that the Bureau will be conducting an internal review.

What did you expect from an organization once headed up by a cross-dresser?

The FBI Might Be Infiltrating Your Local Latin Mass

True Face of the Catholic Church – Soviet Communist Propaganda

Kyle Seraphin has a leaked FBI document that purports to show the extremism of “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics.” The document outlines opportunities for agents to recruit assets within the Catholic Church itself.

What’s astonishing about the document is the shoddiness of its analysis and sourcing. The belief that “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” are a potential threat seems to come entirely from an old report from the Southern Poverty Law Center. This is buttressed in the appendices with a clickbait piece from the Atlantic — about populist and hyper-masculine depictions of rosary beads — and a few more from Salon.

Irish President Attacks Anti-Mass Migration Protesters for ‘Sowing Hate’

The leftist President of Ireland has attacked anti-mass migration protesters in the country, accusing them of “sowing hate”.

Michael D. Higgins, the President of Ireland, has lashed out at the growing number of anti-mass migration protests taking place in the country, attacking those attending the demonstrations for “sowing hate”.

Jamie Salé was Canada’s sweetheart on ice. Now the Olympian is championing something darker

… Salé has questioned, without evidence, the safety of vaccines, tweeted memes that seemed to support military tribunals and appeared to compare Justin Trudeau to Hitler. To be blunt, most Canadians would find Salé’s stance appalling. Most, but not all. The ideas she espouses are consistent with a growing movement, born of cherry-picked data, conspiracy theories and the opinions of scientists rejected by their peers that rose to new heights during three years of pandemic public health measures and isolation.

Jump or be pushed: German conservatives turn on ex-Nazi hunter over race comments

“… Now, after Maassen mused in an interview about “a green-leftist race theory” that casts “whites as inferior” and promotes “immigration by Arabic and African men”, the CDU have lost patience with a man who kept doubling down on culture war tropes, making himself a cult figure on the right fringes.”

Anthony Furey: One Year After the Freedom Convoy, Did Government Learn Anything?

It’s quite something to think that a year ago today Ontario was still under a hard lockdown. Premier Doug Ford, who had presided over some of the harshest COVID-19 policies in the free world, only ended the province’s fourth lockdown on Jan. 31, 2022.

These outrageous policies happened despite the fact that in most comparable jurisdictions—including the Democrat-governed American states immediately adjacent to Ontario—had abandoned these restrictions months before.

1 year after disrupting Alberta’s border with the U.S., protesters return to Coutts — where wounds remain

As vehicles pulled into a meeting spot on the side of the highway south of Lethbridge, Alta., it was clear that this year’s convoy protest gathering would be different. As people gathered to mark its one-year anniversary, they were greeted by two RCMP vehicles at the side of the road.

There was no missing the police vehicles scattered along the highway and the helicopter in the air, or the message: The event would be permitted, a large-scale disruption would not.

One year ago, Alberta RCMP had sent out a fairly innocuous media advisory warning of heavy congestion and slow-moving traffic near the border crossing at Coutts, Alta.

Conservatives’ détente over Freedom Convoy endures, for now

While some Conservative MPs and MLAs openly supported the Freedom Convoy as it began a year ago this weekend, others were highly critical of the protests

OTTAWA — The past year has seen many Canadians become politically engaged for the first time in their lives because of the Freedom Convoy, as well as conservative politicians hoping to bring this potential new pool of voters into the fold.

I’ll be voting PPC as they are the only federal party against the mass immigration scam.

23 vehicles towed, dozens of tickets issued as rally marks one-year anniversary of ‘Freedom Convoy’ in Ottawa

Police and Bylaw Services officers maintained an increased presence in the Parliamentary Precinct on Sunday, as dozens of people gathered in downtown Ottawa to mark the one-year anniversary of the arrival of the ‘Freedom Convoy.’

Ottawa police vehicles monitored several intersections entering the downtown core, while Parliamentary Protective Service officers monitored people entering Parliament Hill ahead of a planned rally and dance party. A small group of people gathered on Parliament Hill during a snowstorm Sunday afternoon.
