Kamala Harris deflects on border, Iran and Biden decline during bad-tempered Fox News interview

WASHINGTON — Vice President Kamala Harris angrily dodged questions on border policy, Iran and President Biden’s fitness for office in an contentious interview with Fox News host Bret Baier — as more polls showed her losing the initiative in the race for the White House.

The 26-minute interview with the Democratic nominee kicked off with a tense grilling by Baier on immigration policy — with Harris repeatedly refusing to say that terminating former President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy was a mistake.

She’s crazy.

Stealth Edit: FBI Quietly Revises Violent Crime Stats Higher

It’s no secret that the Biden-Harris administration has been lying to us – publishing positive economic data that they tout, while quietly revising lower months later after achieving their desired result.

Now we find out that they’ve also been lying about crime statistics – something that author John R. Lott has been tracking and covering extensively.

The electric car backlash could be about to take its biggest scalp yet

You certainly have to admire the breathtaking speed at which Kamala Harris seems to change her positions. She thought Joe Biden was in great shape for a second term until suddenly he wasn’t. She was vehemently opposed to fracking, and then suddenly she was all in favour of it. And now, in the kind of screeching U-turn you could only execute in a top of the range, big engine sports car, she doesn’t want to tell people what cars to drive.

And like on all the other occasions, it’s unlikely to convince anyone. If you fear that a Harris presidency will witness the final demise of the internal combustion engine, it’s not time to relax yet.

Harris started ‘like a rocket’ in Michigan. Now she’s slipping

Marcie Paul is nervous.

A Democratic activist, Ms Paul has been knocking on hundreds of strangers’ doors, making phone calls and sending out flyers, all in an effort to woo people here to vote for Kamala Harris.

When Harris replaced President Joe Biden as the Democratic candidate in July, Ms Paul was hopeful, as she saw the vice-president go “off like a rocket” in Michigan.

The Enemy of My Enemy Is Donald J. Trump

A French newspaper journalist asked me last week, “Are you voting for Donald Trump?” As an American, I get this question often from Europeans. The answer is always, “Yes, absolutely.” Which is usually followed by some version of, “Dear God, why on earth?”

The answer is not because I believe in Donald Trump’s abilities, or because I think he embodies any kind of conservative ideal, or even that I think he’s a good man. It is not because I believe Trump is any kind of conservative ideal. The answer is partially because I believe 100% in J.D. Vance. But the answer is mostly because of who Donald Trump is not.

He is not a presidential candidate who wants to continue this pointless and costly war in Ukraine. Like Hungary’s Viktor Orbán, he wants to see a peaceful resolution of the intractable and bloody conflict.

Inside America’s Fastest-Growing Criminal Enterprise: Sex Trafficking

Biden’s border policies have led to an explosion in the forced prostitution of migrants in the U.S. ‘If I wanted to, I could order a girl within 15 minutes.’

DALLAS, TEXAS — Lisa slides a Hellcat pistol into her backpack, slinging it over her shoulder. She jumps out of the driver’s seat of her massive Ford F-250 as we head into a barbecue joint for lunch. Steel brass knuckles glint in the console beside a pencil-shaped, pronged object. She sees me looking at it.

“That’s my stabby-stick,” Lisa says before I even ask. “In case I can’t bring my gun somewhere. These guys are dangerous.”

“These guys” are sex traffickers, and dangerous doesn’t begin to describe them.

The Democrats have a sinister appetite.

How raw milk could convince the Amish to put Trump back in the White House

Scott Presler, a giant of a man at 6ft 5in tall, his lustrous hair falling in great waves down to his waist, is wearing runners’ shorts showing off his long, tanned legs and what appears to be a smidgen of lipstick. The flamboyant, one-time chairman of Gays for Trump has given himself a new task: to persuade Pennsylvania’s 80,000-strong, strait-laced Amish community to vote for Donald

Trump and in doing so, return the former president to the White House. It seems a tall order.
As he does every Friday, Mr Presler is manning his stall at the Green Dragon market, an Amish fair in the heart of Lancaster County, where horses and buggies can be as commonplace as the motorcar.

Can’t say I had this on my Bingo card.

Kamala Harris accused of plagiarising Martin Luther King in her book

Kamala Harris has been accused of plagiarising Martin Luther King in the book that helped launch her political career.

The US vice-president is accused of copying a more than a dozen sections of Smart on Crime: A Career Prosecutor’s Plan to Make Us Safer.

She appears to rip-off Rev Dr Martin Luther King in an anecdote from her childhood during the civil rights movement.

Even the Liberal Media Is Talking About a ‘Landslide’ Victory for Trump

The mainstream media has long been a cheerleader for the Democrats. Its coverage of Donald Trump is overwhelmingly negative, while its coverage of Kamala Harris is so positive and glowing that it could blind you. The media will also give extensive coverage to any poll that shows Harris ahead and dismiss or even ignore polls that look good for Trump. However, in the past week or so, there’s been an attitude change as polls have shifted to Trump.

Democrats Run away from Damaging Electric-Vehicle Push with Michigan up for Grabs

Democratic politicians are distancing themselves from the Biden administration’s electric-vehicle push to prevent the unpopular slate of subsidies and environmental regulations from tipping Michigan to their Republican opponents.

Addressing rally-goers in Flint, Mich., earlier this month, Kamala Harris insisted that the Trump campaign is misrepresenting her record on electric-vehicle mandates.

Kamala seems to have plagiarized significant portions of her first book

Christopher Rufo reports that a German plagiarism hunter has discovered that Kamala Harris’s first book, 2009’s Smart on Crime: A Career Prosecutor’s Plan to Make Us Safer, is filled with plagiarized material and even a made-up citation. There’s something poetic about the fact that Joe Biden’s vice president and wannabe successor is a plagiarizer, given that Biden’s 1987 presidential run was wrecked over that same vice.
