A recent poll reveals that 67% of French people see “anti-white racism” as a reality in France today.
Conducted by the CSA Institute for CNEWS, Le JDD, and Europe 1, it shows that France is divided on the question. While the majority of those polled acknowledges the phenomenon, voters on the left largely reject the idea: 64% of those supporting the far-left La France Insoumise and 72% of Green party supporters disagree with the hypothesis.
Plainclothes police officers were present and actively surveilling an Antifa cell during a protest, which saw a conservative student suffer fatal blows to the head in an alleged mob leftist killing, raising questions about whether law enforcement could have intervened to save his life.
In the areas where they have just been elected, the mayors from La France Insoumise (LFI) are already making a name for themselves for all the wrong reasons. Recourse to violence, communalism, and sectarianism—they paint a worrying picture of France in the hands of the far left.
Although Jean-Luc Mélenchon’s party is far from having secured the resounding victory it claims in the press following its results in the March 2026 French municipal elections, it has won a few symbolic strongholds that allow it to assert that a “new France” is emerging.
French anti-terror prosecutors have opened an investigation into two brothers suspected of plotting a “lethal and antisemitic” attack.
They say the men – described as Moroccan-Italian nationals aged 20 and 22 – were picked up last week in a car in northern France.
Officers found a loaded semi-automatic weapon, a bottle of hydrochloric acid and a flag of the Islamic State group in the vehicle, the prosecutors say.
France has announced preparations for an “international mission” to keep open the Strait of Hormuz, as the war surrounding Iran threatens one of the world’s most important energy routes. The move signals that Paris is considering direct military participation in efforts to secure shipping through the narrow waterway linking the Persian Gulf to global markets.
Gone are the days when the Green Party’s main concern was the Ozone layer. Ahead of today’s Gorton and Denton by-election, the Greens distributed leaflets and videos in Urdu urging voters to “punish Labour for Gaza”. Their keffiyeh-wearing candidate, Hannah Spencer, also says that a vote for her will “stop Islamophobia”.
It is shameless pandering to the Pakistani community, which is approximately 20 per cent of the population of Gorton and Denton. The strategy may be a shock for some but it shouldn’t be a surprise. In the 2024 local elections, a Green councillor celebrated his victory in the Gipton and Harehills ward in Leeds with a cry of “Allahu Akbar”, adding: “We will not be silenced. We will raise the voice of Gaza. We will raise the voice of Palestine.”
The majority of French voters believe that the far-left La France Insoumise party of Jean-Luc Mélenchon have poorly handled its response to the alleged Antifa killing of a conservative student in Lyon and has been too “complacent” in the face of the violence of the so-called anti-fascist movement.
A heavy police presence is being deployed in Lyon on Saturday as thousands prepare to march in honour of slain activist Quentin Deranque, whose death last week has shaken France and intensified political tensions ahead of next year’s presidential race.
The rally, expected to draw between 2,000 and 3,000 participants, will proceed under tight security despite calls from Lyon’s Green mayor to ban it. Residents along the planned route have boarded up ground-floor windows, fearing clashes with counter-protesters.

Eleven suspects, including a parliamentary aide to France’s hard-left party, have been arrested in connection with the killing last week of a far-right activist in an incident that has shocked the country and laid bare its deep political divisions.
Quentin Deranque, 23, died on Saturday after sustaining a severe brain injury. The Lyon prosecutor, Thierry Dran, said he had been “thrown to the ground and beaten by at least six individuals” during an incident last week.

The left in France is pushing for a law that would give non-EU foreigners — most of them Muslims from North Africa — the right to vote in municipal elections. That could mean some city halls being taken over by Muslims, voting as a bloc, or by Muslim-pandering leftists of La France Insoumise. Once in power in city and town halls, these Muslims or Muslim-submissive leftists could pass local laws that promote Islam in a hundred sundry ways: turning over city-owned property to be repurposed as mosques, allowing the call to prayer to be electronically amplified, even in pre-dawn and late-evening hours, having school lunchrooms closed during Ramadan, making Muslim holidays into city holidays, ending coeducational swimming in the city-run pools, and much more to accommodate Muslim sensibilities.
Islamism constitutes an existential threat to France, as the danger now lies within and includes a separatist dimension involving ideological militant coalitions with the far left and anticolonial movements, a bombshell report from lawmakers in France’s National Assembly warns.
Published on December 17, 2025, the 639-page dossier reveals that the French Muslim vote has gravitated heavily to the Left, with a notable preference for La France Insoumise (LFI), a far-left party accused of strategically collaborating with Islamism to gain control over France.
France is to send a letter to all 29-year-olds encouraging them to have babies before it is too late.
The young adults are to receive a government letter warning them that their biological clock is ticking and telling them that help is available if they are struggling to conceive.
The measure is part of a 16-point plan designed to increase the country’s dwindling birth rate, notably by countering infertility, which affects one in eight couples, according to officials.
The French IT giant Capgemini has put its US subsidiary on sale because of its association with the work of ICE in America.
All hell broke loose last week in France after it was revealed by the state broadcaster that Capgemini’s software was being used by Immigration and Customs Enforcement to identify foreigners on US soil and track their locations. According to the BBC, Capgemini multi-million dollar contract with ICE was agreed last December and was scheduled to run until 15 March.
A Quebec tourist, named Xuan (name changed), gave a detailed account on Monday before the Nanterre criminal court of the sexual assault she says she suffered on August 28, 2022, in La Défense, in the early morning, as she got off a Noctilien night bus. Two men, Ahmed K. and Oussama R., are on trial for rape.
According to her statement, Xuan had taken the Noctilien night bus from the Marais district to get to her hotel. On board, she noticed Ahmed K.’s persistent behavior towards another passenger and intervened. “He was undressing her with his eyes, and she was clearly saying no,” she recounted. Confronted, the man insulted her. Thinking the situation had calmed down, Xuan sat back down, but the man continued to stare at her.
As she got off the bus, Oussama R. pressed himself against her and made advances. Xuan told him she wasn’t interested and revealed that she was undergoing gender transition. “I showed him my Adam’s apple to explain that I was a man,” she explained. Despite this, the two men followed her. A third man briefly intervened to try and separate them, before Ahmed K. and Oussama R. caught up with the young woman a few minutes later.
France is plunging into a spiral of violence that is unique in Europe.
Following the release of immigration figures for 2025, the French Interior Ministry has published crime statistics for the past year. These figures dramatically coincide with the French people’s perception that they are living in an increasingly dangerous and violent country. Furthermore, cross-referencing this data with immigration figures confirms another intuitive observation: foreigners are over-represented in crimes of all kinds.
France is circling the toilet
At a local McDonald’s in France, a North African migrant shows up with a notice demanding that they start selling halal.
He threatens the establishment: “It’s the law. If you don’t comply with halal requirements, I will sue you and have you closed!”
