David Knight Legg: Chrystia Freeland — our soft-on-terror deputy PM

On Jan. 8, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland evaded a question about why Canada hasn’t designated the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IGRC) as a terrorist organization. The question was being asked on the fourth anniversary of the IRGC’s murder of 55 Canadians aboard Flight PS752, and in the middle of a war the IRGC is facilitating across the Middle East. Before the journalist could ask again, he was arrested, which was caught on film and quickly became an international incident with millions of views.

Report: 10% of UNRWA staff affiliated with terror groups

Around 10% of UNRWA employees in Gaza have ties to terror groups, the Wall Street Journal reported, quoting intelligence groups.

At least 12 UNRWA employees participated directly in the October 7 massacre: Six were part of the wave of terrorists who breached the border fence and participated in the assault, two helped kidnap Israelis, two were tracked to sites where scores of Israelis were massacred, and other coordinated logistics for the attack – including the procurement of weapons.

Document spells out allegations against 12 UN employees Israel says participated in Hamas attack

TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — An Israeli document obtained Monday spelled out allegations against a dozen U.N. employees the country says participated in Hamas’ Oct. 7 assault — claiming seven stormed into Israeli territory, including two who participated in kidnappings.

The allegations against staffers with the U.N. agency for Palestinian refugees prompted Western countries to freeze funds vital for the body, which is a lifeline for desperate Palestinians in Gaza. The U.N. fired nine of the 12 accused workers and condemned “the abhorrent alleged acts” of staff members.

Poilievre calls UNRWA ‘terrorist’ organization, after Canada pauses funding following allegations

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre has accused UNRWA, the United Nations relief and works agency, of being a “terrorist” organization and promised to cut back its funding if he becomes prime minister.

Israel last week alleged that some members of UNRWA’s staff took part in the Oct. 7 attacks by Hamas-led militants on southern Israel that killed about 1,200 Israelis. Palestinian health officials say about 26,000 people have been killed in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip since that date.

Biden is planning to throttle Israel’s arms supply as fury grows against Netanyahu’s bombing campaign in Gaza

President Joe Biden is reportedly considering using weapons sales as a means to convince Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to scale back their attack on the Gaza Strip.

Sources told NBC News that the Pentagon has been directed by the Biden administration to review what weaponry Israel has requested that could be used as leverage to scale down their military attack on Gaza.

At least 26,422 Palestinians have been killed and 65,087 injured by Israeli counterstrikes since October 7, the Hamas-run Gaza health ministry said Sunday.

Trump Blasts Biden for Slain US Troops: “Our Country Cannot Survive with Joe Biden as Commander-in-Chief”

Former President Donald Trump has strongly condemned sitting President Joe Biden for the deaths of three U.S. troops and dozens of casualties in a drone attack on Sunday.

“The drone attack on a U.S. Military Installation in Jordan, killing 3 American Servicemembers, and wounding many more, marks a horrible day for America,” he said on Truth Social.

“My most profound sympathies go to the Families of the Brave Servicemembers we have lost,” he continued. “I ask all Americans to join me in praying for those who have been wounded. This brazen attack on the United States is yet another horrific and tragic consequence of Joe Biden’s weakness and surrender….”

Civilian Deaths in Gaza: Relatively Low

You wouldn’t know it from the hectoring decision just rendered by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against Israel, but the death toll among civilians in Gaza — even including children and women — is among the lowest in the history of comparable warfare. Over the past several months, it has become even lower.

According to The New York Times, “The daily death toll in Gaza has more than halved in the past month,” and has fallen almost two-thirds since late October. Moreover, the percentage of civilian to combatant causalities has gone down considerably as well.

Gazan propagandists rely on their leftist supporters’ ignorance

A recent tweet from the Quds News Network, a “youth news agency” supporting Hamas, purports to show a sniper’s bullet found in a Gazan hospital (i.e., a Hamas fortification). The fact that the photo is patently ludicrous means that the people behind the propaganda recognize that their leftist followers in the West are strikingly ignorant about how the world operates, which is kind of funny. What’s not funny is knowing that these profoundly ignorant people hold the levers of power in the American government, media, and entertainment world.

Oct. 7 Was Worse Than a Terror Attack. It Was a Pogrom.

‘Let me know of one Palestinian in Gaza who tried to save a Jew and maybe I’ll change my mind’

Eyal Barad was in the safe room of his home in Nir Oz for more than 12 hours on Oct. 7 while Palestinians went on a rampage of his Gaza envelope kibbutz, eventually kidnapping or murdering more than a quarter of its residents.

Every so often, Barad, 40, was forced to cover his 6-year-old daughter’s mouth with his hand to stifle her squeals. The little girl, who is autistic, thought the whole thing was a game. Most of the time, though, Barad was glued to his phone, watching the live feed of a camera he had recently installed outside his home to monitor speeding cars. Images from the feed, which I obtained, show Palestinian women and children—some appearing as young as 8 years old—taking part in the horror of that day.

As war creeps closer to Armageddon, the end of days doesn’t seem so far away

According to the Book of Revelations, this is the mountain top where it will all end.

Armageddon. Or present day Megiddo. The place where, the bible says, international armies under the leadership of the Devil will wage war with the forces of God.

“And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon,” states the passage, adding with a flourish: “And the seventh angel poured out his vial [of God’s wrath] into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying: ‘It is done’.”

First, De-Nazify Gaza

Do not do reward eliminationist hatred with sovereignty and international respect.

How many Nazis does it take to ruin a country?

The Nazi party never won a majority in a free German election. Yet their poison effectively contaminated the whole. There were resistance movements on a small and ineffective scale, but the society as a whole did what it was asked to do and beyond.

NYC elementary teachers draw from anti-Israel propaganda to twist ‘Wheels on the Bus’ to celebrate the eradication of Jewish state

A pair of Brooklyn public school teachers are plying kids as young as eight with anti-Israel propaganda, drawing lessons from a company that offers material twisting the classic “Wheels on the Bus” song into a hateful screed that cheers the eradication of the Jewish state, The Post has learned.

In Giuseppe Rebaudengo and Anna Battaglia’s third-grade classrooms at PS 705 in Prospect Heights, young minds are being molded into “social justice warriors,” learning from materials that morph the beloved 1939 kiddie tune into a Palestinian resistance cry called “The Wheels on the Tank.”

Three US troops killed in drone attack in Jordan

Three US troops have been killed and 25 injured in a drone attack on a US base in Jordan, the US military said.

US Central Command (Centcom) said in a statement the casualties were caused by a drone attack at a base in northeast Jordan, near the Syria border.

US President Joe Biden said that the attack was carried out by “radical Iran-backed militant groups”.

This is the first time US soldiers have been killed in the region after Hamas’s 7 October attack on Israel.

UN’s Top Scammer Calls on West to Resume Funding for Gaza Aid Agency UNWRA Despite Evidence its Employees Aided Terrorists

The secretary-general of the United Nations on Sunday called on countries to continue funding the main agency providing aid in Gaza after several of its employees were accused of taking part in the Hamas attack on Israel that ignited the war four months ago.

The dispute engulfing the biggest provider of aid to Palestinians came as American officials said negotiators were closing in on a cease-fire agreement. The emerging deal would bring a two-month halt to the Israeli-Palestinian violence, which has stoked instability across the Middle East.

Rape crisis centre may lose funding over pro-Hamas politics

It’s a sick and twisted world when those who are supposed to help women suffering sexual violence instead stand with those who perpetrate it. That’s the case with one Toronto organization that claims to support a “world free of sexual violence.”

Note that the centre “May” lose funding. Think Chow will act or Ford?
