Israel intercepts Gaza flotilla near Crete and detains 175 activists

Pro-Palestinian activists say at least 22 boats from a flotilla carrying aid for Gaza have been intercepted by Israeli forces in international waters near the Greek island of Crete.

The organisers of the Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF) denounced the action as “piracy”, saying those on board had been seized unlawfully more than 965km (600 miles) from Gaza, which is under an Israeli naval blockade.

The Israeli foreign ministry said about 175 activists from more than 20 boats had been detained and were being transported to Israel. It dismissed the flotilla as a “PR stunt”.

The Golders Green atrocity is the final straw

The Golders Green atrocity is the final straw

It is undeniable now: war has been declared on British Jews. A fascistic crusade is being waged against our Jewish compatriots. The anti-Semitic atrocity in Golders Green today is further brutish proof of this unsettling fact. We’ve had firebombings at synagogues, the murder of Jews in Manchester on Yom Kippur, and now this frenzied knifing of Jews in London. There can be no more equivocating – this is a moral emergency.

Too late for Britain I fear.

Canadian annual audit of antisemitism sees highest number of incidents since 1982

The latest annual audit of antisemitic incidents in Canada shows an increase of almost 10 per cent since last year, driven by a spike in online harassments even as incidents of violence and harassment fell slightly.

Canada is siding more often with its European allies when it comes to Israel

Ottawa has been particularly critical of Israel recently, often moving in lockstep with European allies as the Trump administration’s relationship with the Netanyahu government deepens.

Last month, Prime Minister Mark Carney warned Israel against launching a “significant” ground offensive in Lebanon in a joint statement alongside European leaders. Just a few weeks later, he condemned the very military invasion he and Canada’s allies said should have been averted.

Senate report on Jew hatred makes zero mention of Islamic extremism

Senate report on Jew hatred makes zero mention of Islamic extremism

In a report attempting to diagnose skyrocketing attacks on Canadian Jews, the Senate of Canada didn’t once mention the role of Islamic extremism.

Fifteen Senators spent more than 17 months interviewing 44 witnesses as to why Canadian incidents of Jew hate have spiked to all-time highs in the wake of the Hamas-orchestrated terrorist attacks of Oct. 7, 2023.

It’s not “Islamic extremism” either, it’s Islam.

Would-be Palestinian suicide bomber is APPLAUDED as she appears before woke Berkeley students

A would-be Palestinian suicide bomber was met with raucous applause as she appeared before University of California Berkeley law students.

Israa Jaabis, who was released from an Israeli jail in 2023 as part of a prisoner exchange for 26 hostages taken on October 7 of that year, made the virtual appearance as part of a ‘teach-in’ organized by the student-run UC Berkeley Students for Justice in Palestine.

The event, which came just one day before Israeli Independence Day, was described as a chance ‘to hear experiences of Palestinian torture survivors and prisoners of conscience.’

Europe’s Two-State Delusion: Repeating Failure, Ignoring Facts

Europe’s Two-State Delusion: Repeating Failure, Ignoring Facts

While Israel, nearly three years later, is still reeling from the aftermath of the October 7, 2023 Hamas-led invasion as well as defending itself from the Iranian regime and its terror proxies, European leaders are once again indulging in their dangerous fantasy of resurrecting the so-called two-state solution.

At a recent gathering in Brussels attended by more than 60 countries and several international organizations under the banner of the “Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution,” the European Union reaffirmed its support for the “two-state solution” — a formula that means establishing a Palestinian state — which has not the slightest intention of cohabiting with Israel — right at Israel’s doorstep.

Europe’s Jew-Hate with a Vengeance

Europe’s Jew-Hate with a Vengeance

On October 7, 2023, the moral corruption of Western politicians, journalists, radical feminists, and social commentators was exposed in all its fullness. On that morning, thousands of Hamas’s jihadists invaded Israel and murdered some 1,200 people and wounded thousands more, with many victims being raped or tortured. Defenseless civilians were slaughtered, including elderly men and women, and babies in their cribs. Hamas terrorists kidnapped 251 others and dragged them to Gaza’s terror tunnels as hostages; 85 of them did not survive.

Israel condemns soldier’s desecration of crucifix in south Lebanon

Israel’s prime minister, foreign minister and military on Monday condemned the desecration of a crucifix smashed by an Israeli soldier in a southern Lebanese village home to Christians.

A photo that emerged online over the weekend shows a soldier taking the blunt side of an axe to a fallen sculpture of Jesus on the cross. It was posted by Younis Tirawi, who describes himself as a Palestinian reporter and has also posted images of Israeli soldiers’ apparent misconduct in Gaza.

Selective Outrage: When Hezbollah Attacks

Selective Outrage: When Hezbollah Attacks

Once again, large segments of the international community, from the United Nations to key European governments, appear either unwilling or unable to confront the basic and uncomfortable reality that the latest escalation in hostilities did not begin with Israel. It began with Hezbollah.

This silence — or at best, selective acknowledgment — when, without provocation, rockets were launched into Israel, stands in blazing contrast to the instant outrage when Israel responds. That imbalance is not just dishonest; it distorts the foundation of how conflicts like this are understood.
