The Long Shadow of a Lie: The Duke Lacrosse Rape Hoax, 20 Years Later

Crystal Mangum walked out of a North Carolina prison last month, 15 years after she fatally stabbed her boyfriend, Reginald Daye. Five years before her murder conviction, however, Mangum made national headlines when she accused members of Duke University’s lacrosse team of raping her. The accusation was false, but the furor surrounding that 2006 case provoked a firestorm that had a radicalizing effect on many students at Duke, including President Donald Trump’s adviser Stephen Miller. Twenty years later, we live in a world shaped to a remarkable degree by a lie told by a stripper.

I remember this.

Black professor hit headlines by alleging he was the victim of vile racist attack…but then a VERY different story emerged

A black professor claimed he was the victim of a racist attack – only for police to rule his ‘aggressors’ were just trying to clear snow from their car.

Dr Onwubiko Agozino – Clearing Snow Is White Supremacism

Dr Onwubiko Agozino, a sociology professor at Virginia Tech, contacted authorities on February 10 after a group of young white men juveniles stopped their trucks on the street near his Christiansburg home while playing loud music and pushing snow and ice from a truck bed.

He claimed the music was racist and that ice blocks had been hurled onto his property in an act of racial aggression.

OLDCORN: Facts aren’t racist — Alberta Prosperity Project’s warning on immigration and faith rings true

Another complaint has landed on the desk of StopHateAB, this time aimed at Alberta Prosperity Project’s CEO Mitch Sylvestre and Jeff Rath. Their comments at a January 7 town hall in Didsbury — about mass immigration, cultural change, and the future of religious freedom — have been framed as dangerous, even hateful.

Hate crime hoaxes of 2024

Legislators at all levels tend to think they were elected to legislate. Actually, they were elected to do the opposite, to slow, even halt the grinding of the gears of big government. They were elected to do that by sane, normal Americans, people who understand big government is the problem, not the solution. We have no shortage of laws and regulations, so legislators should only write and pass absolutely necessary laws, laws that don’t duplicate what’s already on the books, laws that do not infringe on liberty and that provide a clear, necessary public benefit.

Hate crime laws are not among them.

Nobody’s buying the left’s hate hoaxes

Congressman Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) accused Republicans of sending threatening phone calls and “swatting” Democrats. He laughably tried to take the high road saying that “House Democrats will not be deterred or intimidated from serving the people by violent threats.”

A Texas Democrat faked racist comments to himself, and he’s facing charges. A Democrat-supporting media has put up a fake Pro-Trump website, evidently being part of a plan to get Progressives elected by using a “unique, innovative digital strategy.”

These ridiculous hate hoaxes are nothing new for the Left.

Dirty pants on washing line recorded as non-crime hate incident by police

Police recorded a soiled pair of underwear hung on a washing line as a non-crime hate incident (NCHI), it has emerged.

In September 2021, a woman complained to North Wales Police that her neighbours had “hung a very large soiled pair of underpants on their washing line” for the past two months.

The force recorded it as a hate incident because the complainant had an Italian surname and the underwear was first put on the washing line in July that year. That month, Italy defeated England on penalties after a 1-1 draw in the final of football’s European Championships.

Jussie Smollett Hate Crime Hoax Conviction Overturned by Illinois Supreme Court

Cook County’s State’s Attorney Kim Fox had initially struck a plea deal with Smollet, requiring the actor to forfeit his $10,000 bond and complete 15 hours of volunteer community service.

Shitty deal for a shitty human who is guilty as shit.

Michael Higgins: Liberal MP attacks Canadians by spreading P.E.I. protest-fire hoax

LPC MP Sean Casey – Hate Crime Hoaxer

Liberal MP Sean Casey would have done better last week condemning the pesky mosquito, that scourge of summer, rather than issuing a self-righteous, moralizing manifesto that appeared to attack Canadians.

High on dudgeon, but low on fact, Casey went to bat for a group of foreign workers in Charlottetown, PEI, who claimed that a protesters’ tent was deliberately set on fire while people were sleeping inside.

Taxpayer-funded guidebook on preventing hate calls out Conservatives

Access To Information records show that a taxpayer-funded guidebook suggested the Conservative Party might have bigots and young white nationalists trying to join its ranks, reports Blacklock’s Reporter.

“They sometimes attempt to infiltrate mainstream Conservative political parties,” states the guidebook called Confronting And Preventing Hate In Canadian Schools that was approved by former diversity minister Ahmed Hussen’s office.

Laith Marouf, Birju Dattani, CAHN – the LPC is covered in slime.
