Holocaust Memorial hidden as precaution while pro-Palestine protesters march

The Holocaust Memorial in Hyde Park had to be covered and guarded on Saturday as thousands of pro-Palestine protesters marched through central London.

The rock-shaped monument – the first public memorial to the atrocity in the UK – was obscured by a blue tarpaulin, with a police car stationed nearby.

Lord Mann, government adviser on anti-Semitism, described the precaution as “sad but necessary to avoid further offence to the Jewish community”.

Two women who kidnapped an innocent victim before driving her to a secluded area and beating her have been jailed.

Bitterly jealous Nadia Gubran, 21, plotted to kidnap a nursery nurse after she suspected she had been exchanging Snapchat messages with a man she herself was interested in.

Gubran recruited best friend Alya Dahshan, 21, and Layla Obad, 20, to carry out the ambush at around 6pm on March 21 last year.

The horror in Hartlepool shames our midwit elites

Welcome to Britain, a safe haven for knife-wielding racist terrorists. That’s the disturbing impression left by the trial that has just concluded in Teesside, in which a Moroccan asylum seeker has been found guilty of murder and attempted murder. He tried to stab his housemate to death, before running into the streets of Hartlepool and murdering an elderly passerby. The killing spree was seemingly fuelled by his Islamist beliefs and his hatred of Israel and inspired by Hamas’s pogrom on 7 October. And there is no reason why this murdering, fascist scumbag should have ever been allowed to stay in this country for as long as he did.

‘It’s soul-destroying’: How a malevolent online campaign is targeting Jewish doctors in Ontario

Dox a doc a day.

As anti-Israel — often anti-Jew — protests violently roil campuses across America, a different campaign dripping with malevolence is specifically targeting Jewish physicians right here in Ontario.

There’s no fig-leaf of divestment from Israel, no camouflage exploiting the horrors experienced by civilians in Gaza. Rather, the doxing has been a directed, co-ordinated crusade aimed at physicians whose only “offence’’ is their Jewishness.

It is unfortunate but not much can be done about it as that poisonous plant is now too deeply rooted to eradicate.

You may succeed in slowing its growth but inevitably it will win out.

If you supported Muslim immigration please kill yourself. You owe us that.

Sadiq Khan apologises to chief rabbi for hinting at Islamophobia

Sadiq Khan has apologised to the chief rabbi for suggesting that Jewish leaders only criticised his call for a ceasefire in Gaza due to his Muslim-sounding name.

The mayor of London called for a ceasefire early in the conflict in Israel and Gaza, but was criticised by Sir Ephraim Mirvis, who said in November that Khan’s call was “irresponsible” and that a ceasefire would be “a stepping stone to yet more Hamas brutality”.

Makeshift slaughterhouse in a residential garage points to growing concerns about illicit meat sales

Inside a garage in an established Edmonton neighbourhood, animals were being slaughtered and the meat was advertised for sale to consumers, a CBC News investigation has learned.

Police entered the rented garage in the quiet residential Woodcroft community in February 2023. Images shared with CBC News show piles of goat carcasses, tubs of blood and the remains of a skinned baby goat on a makeshift slaughter table.

Neighbour John Bos told CBC News that the sounds of bleating goats first alerted him to unusual activity in the garage.

GOLDSTEIN: When it comes to Jew hatred, the Liberals are paralyzed

Today, a simple question for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Does he agree with his anti-Islamophobia adviser, Amira Elghawaby, that the only problem with what we’ll laughably call a “pro-Palestinian” demonstration in Ottawa last weekend was that, as she put it on ‘X’, “a few individual protesters engaged in problematic speech?”

Rome’s Underground Mosques Breeding Ground for Islamic Extremism

Following in the footsteps of the European capitals of Paris and Brussels, Rome is fast emerging as a place where would-be Islamists are made, an  undercover investigation by the conservative daily Il Tempo reveals.

Several underground mosques in the Eternal City, the report states, are spreading hatred for the Western world, its values, and its people.

Described as “hidden places of worship,” these underground mosques—initially founded to serve the increasing number of Muslim immigrants following the 2015 European migrant crisis—are seen as potential hotbeds for radicalization, with fears that individuals may be indoctrinated into extremist ideologies, posing security threats to society.

French towns impose curfews to counter youth violence

The southern French cities of Nice and Béziers are imposing night-time curfews for children under 13 amid rising public concern over youth violence, which has become a national political issue.

There have been a series of recent assaults involving minors. Two teenagers were charged with beating a 22-year-old man to death last week in Grande-Synthe, a suburb of the northern city of Dunkirk. Three weeks ago a 15-year-old boy died after being attacked by youths on his way home from school in Viry-Châtillon, a Paris suburb.

It’s a mystery who deez yutes is.

Islamophobia provoker’s wild claim that anti-Israel extremism is a “few individual protesters”

In a lengthy social media post, Elghawaby referred to the chant as “a few individual protesters engaged in problematic speech” — and said that it was “patently false and harmful” to insinuate that the chant was representative of the protest as a whole. Most protesters, she said, were peacefully trying to stop the “decimation of an entire population in Gaza.”

Australian police arrest 7 alleged Muslim teen extremists linked to stabbing of a bishop in a Sydney church

SYDNEY (AP) — Australian police arrested seven teenagers accused of following a violent extremist ideology in raids across Sydney on Wednesday, as a judge extended a ban on social media platform X sharing video of a knife attack on a bishop that started the criminal investigation.

The seven, aged 15 to 17, were part of a network that included a 16-year-old boy accused of stabbing a bishop in a Sydney church on April 15, police said.

Clips of the stabbing were taken from the church service’s livestream and subsequently made the rounds on X. An Australian regulator on Monday ordered the platform to take down the videos, an action the platform is fighting.

Tasha Kheiriddin: Anti-Israel hate marches holding the rest of us hostage while Trudeau shrugs

Canada used to be a nation of peace, order, and good government. Not anymore. You’d be hard pressed to find any of the three on the streets of Ottawa last weekend, at a Palestinian protest which glorified Hamas and its violent assault on Oct. 7.

“Our resistance attacks are proof that we are almost free,” one marcher said, to the cheers of the crowd. “Oct. 7 is proof that we are almost free. Long live Oct. 7, long live the resistance, long live the intefadeh, long live every form of resistance.”
