Why can’t Birmingham protect Jews? Banning Israeli football fans smacks of appeasement

Birmingham England

On October 7, two years ago, Emily Damari was kidnapped by Hamas. She lost two of her fingers when they shot her in the leg and the hand, and was kept in the dark until January this year. She was a passionate football fan, and in London, Tottenham fans would chant her name during games while she was being held. Underground. When the British-Israeli Jew finally made it to the stadium, she was greeted by the sound of: “She’s one of our own, she’s one of our own, Emily Damari, she’s finally home.”

Jail time for criticizing Islam

“Palestine” may not be a state, but, Islam is already an “empire” from Milan to Barcelona, and would like to open the prisons of Allah to priests as well.

The conviction of a Spanish priest for “hate speech” has ignited a national conversation about the boundaries of religious expression and freedom of conscience in Europe. Custodio Ballester, a Barcelona parish priest known for his outspoken views, was found guilty last week of making “Islamophobic” remarks in an article he wrote more than seven years ago.

Ballester wrote an article titled “The Impossible Dialogue with Islam,” where he wrote that “radical Islam wants to destroy Christian civilization and raze the West to the ground.”

Germany Revoked a Terror Supporter’s Citizenship. Why Can’t America?

There’s a difference between dissent and betrayal. Between protest and open allegiance to a group like Hamas.

There’s something quietly revolutionary about paperwork. It rarely makes headlines or history books. But every so often, a bureaucratic act reveals a moral frontier.

That’s what happened last week in Berlin, when the German government revoked the citizenship of a man named Abdallah A., a naturalized Palestinian-German who used his new German identity to glorify Hamas’s October 7 atrocities , the deadliest mass killing of Jews since the Holocaust. His Instagram stories praised the attacks as heroic, sanctified the gunmen as martyrs, and circulated celebratory footage of the carnage. The message was clear: if you celebrate the slaughter of civilians in the name of jihad, you don’t get to carry our passport.

Demanding Homage To Islam, Mamdani Proves Migration Without Assimilation Is Just Conquest

During Thursday’s New York City mayoral debate, socialist Zohran Mamdani implied former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is unqualified to be mayor because he hadn’t visited a mosque.

“He had more than 10 years and he couldn’t name a single mosque at the last debate we had that he visited,” Mamdani said, before going on to say that “Muslims … want equality and they want respect! … Can you name a single mosque you went to in 10 years?”

How do so many women end up as ‘Feminists for Islam’?

Hamas fangirls, hijab sellers and deranged anti-Zionism made for a curious sight at the FiLiA feminist conference.

FiLiA – though it sounds like a knock-off sports shoe – is a gender-critical-feminist charity. Like any other lively organisation, it has had its fair share of skirmishes.

In 2015, Jane Fae (a man) pulled out of a conference due to divergent views on prostitution (the man was in favour – quelle surprise!). Julie Bindel and Caroline Criado-Perez also backed out as a result. Just last year, the woefully trans-captured Plaid Cymru banned the FiLiA stall from its spring conference in Caernarfon, after being informed that these feminists’ views were ‘potentially contrary to the party’s values’. (Amusingly, PC had to admit just a few months later that canceling FiLiA’s booking amounted to ‘an act of discrimination under the Equality Act 2010’.)

Portugal bans burqas: Wearing face veils for ‘gender or religious reasons’ will bring fine of up to £3,475

Portugal’s parliament has approved a bill banning face veils worn for ‘gender or religious’ reasons in public, and people who wear them could face a hefty fine.

The measure was proposed by the far-right Chega party and would prohibit coverings such as burqas — a full-body garment that covers a woman from head to foot — and niqabs — the full-face Islamic veil with space around the eyes — from being worn in most public places.

Face veils would still be allowed in airplanes, diplomatic premises and places of worship.

This Photo Should End Zohran Mamdani’s Campaign

Zohran Mamdani’s campaign for mayor of New York City has always been a political red flag, but his latest move makes it clear that this isn’t just about misguided socialist politics; it’s a full-blown ideological danger. The city that once prided itself on resilience is now flirting with political self-destruction. Mamdani, the self-described democratic socialist, doesn’t just advocate for the usual left-wing laundry list — that’s bad enough — but now a photo op is revealing something far more sinister than bad economic and social policies

Jewish man arrested after his Star of David ‘antagonised’ protesters

A Jewish lawyer wearing a Star of David was arrested after police alleged the symbol had “antagonised” pro-Palestine protesters.

Police interview footage obtained by The Telegraph shows a detective accusing the Jewish man of openly wearing a Star of David that could cause “offence”.

The suspect, who was handcuffed and detained by police for almost ten hours, told The Telegraph his arrest appeared to be an attempt by the Metropolitan Police to “criminalise the wearing of a Star of David”.

Hamas Is Embedded and “Ready to Strike” Across Europe, Terrorism Experts Warn

European leaders are drawing up plans for maintaining peace in the Middle East. But reports suggest they should be more concerned about the presence of extremists at home.

Italian daily Libero Quotidiano warned on Thursday that “Hamas is already among us,” with an “armed, organised network ready to strike.” Giovanni Giacalone, who is an expert on terrorism and Islamic groups, also told il Giornale on Friday that while “it’s difficult to provide a precise estimate of how many Hamas supporters there are in Italy … I wouldn’t be surprised if we reached thousands.”

What is happening in Birmingham is a sinister vision of Britain’s future

Shortly after midday on Saturday a baying mob is expected to gather outside the Birmingham offices of Shabana Mahmood.

The Home Secretary would be well advised to stay away, because the ring-leaders are not interested in small measures. In highly inflammatory social media adverts, they have appealed for nothing less than “mass mobilisation” of pro-Palestinian protestors to “shut Birmingham down.” Never mind that the war between Israel and Hamas is officially over: this is an ideological crusade with no obvious end. Those behind the latest march say they “won’t be silenced” until Palestine is “free.”

Elghawaby pressed Ottawa to install Muslim prayer rooms despite 2% representation

The Justin Trudeau-appointed anti-Islamophobia advisor pushed federal managers to create dedicated Muslim prayer rooms in government offices, even though only 2% of federal employees identify as Muslim, newly obtained records show.

Blacklock’s Reporter says Amira Elghawaby, appointed by cabinet as the government’s Special Representative on Combating Islamophobia, argued that failing to provide prayer spaces during work hours amounted to “Islamophobia in the workplace,” according to notes released through Access To Information.
