UN official calls on Canada not to separate ISIS slag from her 6 kids held in Syrian detention camp

A United Nations official is calling on the Canadian government not to repatriate six children from a Syrian detention camp without their mother.

The Canadian woman and her children are among many foreign nationals in Kurdish-run camps for ISIS suspects and their family members in northeastern Syria.

Canada has agreed to repatriate the children, but recently decided not to repatriate the mother due to security concerns.

Sweden: Plan to burn Torah called off

“I’m a Muslim, we don’t burn” – Bullshit.

The man who vowed to burn the Torah and the Bible outside the Israeli Embassy in Sweden’s capital, Stockholm, said Saturday he had chosen not to set fire to the religious scriptures, Swedish media have reported.

Despite being given permission by Stockholm police to hold a three-person protest, the man said he had no intention of burning any books and instead threw a lighter to the ground.

“I never thought I would burn any books. I’m a Muslim, we don’t burn,” broadcaster SVT cited the man as telling those gathered for the planned desecration.

“I’m a Muslim, we don’t burn” – Bullshit.

He probably gave up upon realizing no one was going to riot.

Last weekend, a fight broke out among 50 youths at a slide at a Neukölln pool.

Swedish Muslims Not Amused by Quran Burning Joke

A Swedish comedian has been receiving death threats on social media after he made a joke about recent controversial protests that involved burning the Quran, wrote the local Nyheter Idag on Monday, July 10th. Although the object of mockery was the typical Swedish mentality, and not Islam or the act itself, the Muslim community’s reaction was volatile, reminiscent of the turmoil caused by the Jyllands-Posten Muhammad cartoons controversy nearly two decades ago.

The comedian Fredrik Andersson posted the segment of his new show on Friday, during which he made fun of how law-abiding Swedes behave, even when preparing for a protest.

Off-duty police officers targeted in French riots

A disturbing new trend is emerging in the country’s quiet suburbs

One of the most disturbing pieces of footage doing the rounds during the recent rioting which swept France shows an off-duty police officer lying motionless on the ground, as a helpless colleague tries to shield him. Despite their casual t-shirts and jeans, the officers were recognised by rioters and attacked in Marseille’s city centre. Following claims from both riot sympathisers and opponents online that the officer was killed, it was made clear that he had been hospitalised with a broken jaw.

The Treasonous Story of a U.S. Soldier Turned Jihadist

On June 14, U.S. Army Private First-Class Cole James Bridges of Ohio pleaded guilty to terrorism and attempted murder charges of helping the terrorist group ISIS kill his comrades on the battlefields in Iraq and Syria during 2020 and 2021.

This plea triggered the usual perfunctory dance between uninspired government press release writers and disinterested journalists keener on a white supremacy terrorism case. But before yet another Islamic terrorism prosecution passes with no public contemplation, the story of Bridges as detailed in the court files demands a pause for telling because the death penalty-deserving high treason for which this turncoat was not charged blew far past tolerance norms.

‘Is This War?’ France Reaches a Turning Point, as Polls Show Marine Le Pen More Likely To Be Trusted Than Other Leaders, Right or Left

Montargis, 15,000 inhabitants, 68 miles south of Paris, will refuse on Friday to celebrate the National Holiday of France, Bastille Day — no fireworks, no street balls. Instead, a brief ceremony will take place to thank the police forces and the fire brigade who rescued the town two weeks ago.

“Three hundred thugs, coming out of nowhere, stormed the inner city. They burned several houses to the ground,” Mayor Benoît Digeon said. “The population had to be evacuated to safer areas.”

French riots caused €650 million of damage, say insurers

Rioting in French cities over the past two weeks has left a trail of destruction costing €650 million, according to insurers.

The cost was calculated from 11,300 insurance claims already filed and is expected to rise.

The violence began on June 27 after the fatal shooting by police of Nahel Merzouk, a 17-year-old French-Algerian. Rioters used social media to co-ordinate attacks on public buildings that they saw as symbols of the state.

Zemmour: The Link Between Riots and Immigration is Obvious

Zemmour said, “If we continue in this direction, due to demography and democracy, France could one day become an Islamic republic.”

In a wide-ranging interview, the first he has given to the foreign press since the French race riots erupted late last month, Éric Zemmour—the former journalist who now leads the national Right party Reconquête—answered questions relating to Islam in France, the future of the country, the nature of the civil insurrection, its source, who is to blame, and what measures must be taken to prevent subsequent catastrophes.

The interview, conducted by Jose Maria Ballester Esquivias for the Spanish digital newspaper El Debate, gave Zemmour ample opportunities to speak his mind on the perilous issues facing France, and as usual, speak his mind he did.

Baby-faced??

Brothers, 21, and 18, who plotted to join ISIS from their bedroom in Birmingham and threatened former Prime Minister David Cameron admit terror charges

A pair of baby-faced brothers who plotted to join ISIS from their bedroom in Birmingham have admitted terror offences.

Muhammad Abdul Haleem Heyder Khan and younger sibling Muhammad Hamzah Heyder Khan had made preparations to travel to Afghanistan when they were arrested on November 2, last year.

The 21 and 18-year-old were found to have encouraged others to ‘shed’ the blood of non-believers, as well as threatened former Prime Minister David Cameron.

‘French people are angry’: communities react after protests

Just over a week since riots erupted in dozens of places across France, things have calmed down in Montmorency, an affluent Parisian suburb not far from the banlieue of Nanterre, where a French police officer fatally shot 17-year-old Nahel M, of north African descent, during a traffic stop on 27 June.

Beatrice, 37, who is on maternity leave, says the first two nights after the killing were calm in her neighbourhood, though constant sirens and bangs from fireworks could be heard.

Reasonably balanced for the Guardian.

Welcome to the Islamic Republic of France – or is it Faraz?

There will not be a wave of adherence to Islam, but more simply the religious minority will impose its rules by becoming the majority.

These are the twenty most popular names among newborns, boys and girls. In Algeria? Tunisia? Egypt? Saudi Arabia? Iraq? Yemen? No, in the sixth largest department of France, Seine-Saint-Denis.
Muhammad, Adams, Ibrahim, Isaac, Rayan, Mousse, Imran, Amir, Ismaël, Aylan, Lina, Nour, Inaya, Aya, Fatima, Aicha, Mariam, Maryam, Fateumata, Sarah.

Already today hundreds of territories are beyond the control of the Republic. The violence of recent days has proved it.
