No, opposing mass migration doesn’t make you a terrorist

According to Prevent, the British government’s counter-extremism programme, expressing concern about high levels of immigration is to be treated as a mark of terrorist ideology.

The terrorist ideology in question is defined by government documents as ‘cultural nationalism’. This, apparently, is the belief that ‘Western culture is under threat from mass migration and a lack of integration by certain ethnic and cultural groups’. In other words, if you express worries about the social and cultural impact on Britain of a huge influx of people from around the world, you could find yourself being referred to the government’s deradicalisation scheme.

There have been a lot of changes since Cathy Gyles and her husband Julian Serra moved into their modest Victorian terraced house more than four decades ago.

Since then, the couple have dedicated their lives to others as NHS workers looking after their community in the Highfields suburb of Leicester and beyond.

They have taken it for granted that those they have cared for and worked alongside have come from a variety of backgrounds.

The 2021 census revealed Leicester had become one of the first cities in the UK where white people are no longer the majority – with 59 per cent of its population coming from minority ethnic backgrounds.

Yet the data reveals a more startling statistic. Cathy, 64, and Julian, 60, are living in a neighbourhood where there are just three white Britons.

It already is an island of strangers.

Outrage in Italy as Muslims cover statue of Jesus during prayers

A religious uproar erupted in Italy after a statue of Jesus was covered with a cloth during Eid al-Adha prayers held by local Muslims in a church in Monfalcone. Approximately 4,000 worshippers gathered for the prayer service at the Church of Marcelliana, which had been offered to the Muslim community for the holiday. The act of covering the statue sparked harsh criticism from former Monfalcone mayor and current European Parliament member for the right-wing League party, Anna Maria Cisint.

Britain’s blasphemy laws were made by multiculturalism

Many had warned that Britain would soon have ‘blasphemy laws by the back door’. And so it came to pass on Monday, when Hamit Coskun was found guilty of a religiously aggravated public-order offence for setting fire to the Koran. Yet while there has been justified outrage at the decision, there remains a failure to grasp the true meaning of this landmark verdict. It represents not merely the return of blasphemy law by the back door, but also the advancement of ‘hard multiculturalism’ through the front door.

Conrad Black: A repulsive antisemitism plagues U of T profs

It is not conceivable that Canadians are happy with the increasingly hostile treatment of Jews in this country and the reputation that Canada is acquiring as a woke, trendy, antisemitic country. I’ve written here before of the antics of the University of Toronto Faculty Association (UTFA) and its drooling hostility to Israel. The latest development on that very depressing subject was the association’s vote on May 8 demanding that the university pension plan divest of any securities issued by almost any company that trades with Israel. It is utterly scandalous that Israel should be singled out in this way, especially given the unrelievedly horrifying history of modern antisemitism. It is distressing to think the leadership of a faculty association in one of the principal universities of this country could go to the lengths that it has to adopt such a repulsive measure against such a much-wronged people.

I doubt we will be able to turn back the clock.

We are witnessing a culture change in Canada brought about by a ruinous mass immigration policy imposed upon us by the evil men and women of Canada’s elite.

Their greed made them evil and convinced them we were just numbers to be played with as they desired.

Canada is now a balkanized low trust society serving as proof of the lie that diversity would make us stronger.

Our replacements among the Bangladeshi’s, Chinese, Hindus, and Africans etc. care little about Jews and even less about White People.

You don’t have to wonder where the 2 million strong Islamist settlers resident amongst the shards of what was once Canada stand.

Annexation by the US and mass deportation of Islamists and other incompatible cultures may be all we can hope for.

Orwell’s Old Magazine Acquired by Islam Channel Owner

George Orwell

Tribune, a historically significant magazine for Britain’s Labour movement which famously employed George Orwell as its literary editor, has been taken over by the Tunisian founder of a Muslim television channel.

The magazine this week said it was “pleased” with the acquisition by Mohamed Ali Harrath, owner of the Islam Channel, which was fined £40,000 (€47,500) by Ofcom in 2023 for content the broadcasting regulator described as “antisemitic.” Harrath is also the founder of the Tunisian Islamic Front. He was granted refugee status by the UK in 2000 after fleeing his country of birth.

UK gov’t anti-radicalisation programme labels concern over immigration “Terrorist Ideology”

Believing the West is under threat from mass migration has been classed as a “terrorist ideology” that could merit intervention from the government’s anti-radicalisation programme.

An online training course hosted on the government’s website for Prevent lists “cultural nationalism” as a belief that could lead to an individual being referred to the programme, The Daily Telegraph reported.

Staff taking the course were told that this encompasses a conviction that “western culture is under threat from mass migration and a lack of integration by certain ethnic and cultural groups”.

It’s called criminalizing dissent and the Liberal Party has engaged in it for the last decade. Got that you Islamophobes!

Newspaper’s ‘disgraceful’ puff piece on Boulder attack suspect’s daughter faces avalanche of criticism

USA Today was forced to heavily edit a story on the daughter of the Colorado terror suspect after thousands hammered the newspaper’s glowing puff piece for excluding horrific details of the attack.

The article, originally published Tuesday, did not specifically state that 45-year-old Egyptian national Mohamed Soliman allegedly threw Molotov cocktails at a group of pro-Israel demonstrators.

The revised version added this detail to the body of the story and to the headline, with an editor’s note saying the story had been updated to provide ‘context and detail’.

I Burned a Quran. The British Government Punished Me for Blasphemy.

My name is Hamit Coskun, and I’ve just been convicted of a religiously aggravated public order offense. My “crime”? Burning a copy of the Quran outside the Turkish consulate in London. Moments later, I was attacked by a man in full view of the street. I was hospitalized. Then I was arrested.

Some may say that book burning is a poor substitute for reasoned debate. I would counter that it was a symbolic, nonviolent form of expression intended to draw attention to the ongoing move from the secularism of my country of birth to a regime that embraces hard-line Islam.

The Barbarian Invasion of Our Time

The establishment doesn’t favor Muslims out of love and respect for Muslims. They do it because they fear them.

Over coffee in Budapest recently, a visiting European lawyer told me her son had withdrawn as a student at Sciences Po—the familiar name for the elite Paris Institute of Political Studies—because he no longer felt safe there. The reason? An atmosphere of intimidation around pro-Palestinian activism, and antisemitism.

The young man is a Christian, but he concluded that the Sciences Po administration had lost control of the situation and had no intention of restoring order. It wasn’t just the 2024 campus protests, which were eventually broken up by the police. It was more a matter of an overall culture of intolerance and bullying within one of France’s top institutions of higher learning.

Get used to it. As Europe moves steadily towards Islamization, this kind of thing will become the norm.

Muslim from Somalia with Canadian passport and ties to Osama bin Laden arrested in Montreal; accused of wanting to kill ‘large number of people’

A man convicted of terrorism offences in the United States, and who had ties to al-Qaeda founder Osama bin Laden, allegedly threatened to kill “a large number of people” in Montreal, according to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Court records show that Mohammed Abdullah Warsame, 51, is facing one count of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm under the Criminal Code following an incident on May 26.

His arrest in Montreal was first reported by La Presse.
