Muslim terrorist who plotted attack on VIA Rail convinces judge to delay deportation decision due to mental health concerns

Chiheb Esseghaier Muslim Terrorist

A Tunisian man serving a life sentence in Canada for plotting to kill passengers by derailing a VIA Rail train has convinced a Federal Court judge to delay immigration authorities from deciding if he’s allowed to stay here because it could harm his mental health.

The proceeding at issue was an admissibility hearing for Chiheb Esseghaier before the Immigration and Refugee Board. Because of his 2015 convictions, the likely result would have been an automatic deportation order.

Germany has lost count of migrant terror attacks – the AfD hasn’t

First Mannheim, then Solingen, then Magdeburg, and Aschaffenburg and now Munich.

Germany has seen so many terror attacks committed by foreign citizens over the past 10 months that it is difficult to keep track of them.

And inevitably, this latest attack will ensure that mass migration and border security remains at the very top of the campaign agenda, ahead of elections on Feb 23.

AfD party is heading for its strongest result yet in Germany’s election

THE EAST MAKES IT, SUMMER SUN REMIGRATION.  Aircraft -DEPORTATION LEAGUE

BERLIN (AP) — Alternative for Germany appears to be heading for its strongest national election result yet this month and is fielding its first candidate to lead the country. Even though it’s highly unlikely to take a share of power soon, it has become a factor that other politicians can’t ignore and helped shape Germany’s debate on migration.

The far-right party first entered Germany’s national parliament eight years ago on the back of discontent with the arrival of large numbers of migrants in the mid-2010s, and curbing migration remains its signature theme. But the party has proven adept at harnessing discontent with other issues: Germany’s move away from fossil fuels, restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic and support for Ukraine after Russia’s full-scale invasion nearly three years ago.

The latest Muslim terror attack will certainly win new followers.

Why Jews are fleeing the West

The rising anti-Semitic tide in Britain and North America is driving Jews to seek new safe havens.

Jewish history has long been defined by migratory movements away from trouble and towards safer places. Over the past half millennia, the safest harbours for ‘the world’s foster children’, as David Mamet put it, have generally been English-speaking countries, first Britain, then especially the US, Canada and Australia.

British Muslim and Jewish leaders sign ‘reconciliation’ accord

I got nothin

A secret summit was held in a 17th-century Scottish castle between Britain’s most senior Jewish and Muslim faith leaders, resulting in the signing of historic “reconciliation” accords that were presented to the King.

The King met the faith leaders in the 1844 Room at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday afternoon. He said of the accords “I’m so glad to hear about this,” and added that it was “the least I can do” to host them. He asked: “Did it take a long time to arrange this?”

Yet Another CAIR Official Lets the Mask Slip

The establishment media and all too many government and law enforcement officials continued to treat the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as if it really were the neutral civil rights organization it claims to be, but it’s getting ever more difficult to sustain that façade. Too many CAIR officials keep letting the mask slip.

Migration, Conquest, and Exodus

The irreversible process of “transculturation” is underway. Without question, the West has changed profoundly alongside the sustained immigration from the Third World, legal and otherwise.

Particularly affected by the change is Europe, the “eastern pillar” of the West, which borders the dominion of Islam. In this part of the world, the presence of Muslims has a troubled history; to those with a grain of historical awareness, it brings back painful memories of the war of conquest that began over a thousand years ago in the Levant and reached as far north as the city gates of Vienna.

SHOCKA! Muslim – Jewish Relations In Canada Considered Bad By Many According To Poll

OTTAWA — As conflicts continue to erupt around the globe, a new survey suggests that Canadians are anxious about relationships between groups here at home — particularly between Muslim and Jewish Canadians.

The survey of 1,578 Canadians, conducted by Leger Marketing for the Association for Canadian Studies between Jan. 17 and 19, 2025, asked respondents for their perceptions of relations between Muslim, Jewish, Indigenous, white and other Canadians.

Across Canada, 43 per cent of respondents said the relationship between Muslim and Jewish Canadians was “bad.”

As expected the Islamist apologists are out in force …

Deborah Lyons, Canada’s special envoy on combating antisemitism, said in a media statement that public perceptions of the relationship between Canadian Muslims and Jews don’t always reflect real life. “In truth, these communities share far more in common than many assume, including resilience and perseverance in combating hate and discrimination,” Lyons said.

&

“This may indeed be what Canadians think, but it reflects a false and widespread misconception that Israel-Palestine is fundamentally a religious conflict between Jews and Muslims, rather than a political issue about human rights and international law,” Bueckert said.
