Jewish advocates question minister’s vetting of new Jew Hatey head of human rights commission

Jewish advocates have raised concerns with the Justice Minister about whether he fully vetted the new head of Canada’s human rights commission after it emerged that Birju Dattani posted links on social media to articles comparing Israelis to Nazis, and Palestinians to Jews incarcerated in the Warsaw Ghetto.

Shimon Koffler Fogel, president and CEO, Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, met Justice Minister Arif Virani last week to express disquiet about his appointment of Mr. Dattani as chief commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) earlier this month. The commissioner would play a key role in combatting hateful posts under the government’s online harms bill.

Berlin Police Chief: ‘Most’ Violence Committed by Young Migrant Men

There is a waning respect for the police among “parts of the population,” police commissioner said—meanwhile, mainstream politicians deny problems exist.

Most of the perpetrators of “violence in Berlin are young, male and have a non-German background. This also applies to knife violence,” says Barbara Slowik, the police commissioner of Berlin. In an interview with broadcaster n-tv, she talked about the recent spate of knife attacks in Germany, mostly committed by migrants—particularly young Afghan men.

“In recent years, we have definitely seen an increase [in knife attacks] in Berlin, especially among children, young people and adolescents. Knife perpetrators are getting younger,” she said, adding that there has been an increase in violent crime overall in the capital, and that non-Germans, i.e., foreigners, are overrepresented.

Boy does that sound familiar.

Imagine if the KKK went into South Central Los Angeles and tried to block parishioners from going into the First A.M.E. Church and then got violent. How fast would the police be there to arrest the agitators? How long would it be before cities across the nation were protesting and marching to demand police protection and the arrest of all KKK supporters? How many demonstrations would happen nationwide to empower (justifiably) black churches and demand their protection?

Transphobic Iranian parliament proposes labeling Canadian army as terrorist group

Iranian lawmakers introduced a motion on Sunday to label the Canadian army a “terrorist” entity, according to the state-run Islamic Republic News Agency. This move follows Canada’s recent designation of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization.

The motion was presented during an open session in Tehran, where the Iranian parliament reacted to Canada’s declaration on Wednesday. The new measure mandates the Iranian government to categorize the Canadian army and affiliated armed and security forces as “terrorist” organizations.

No Israelis in Brussels? Prepare to lose more than that

The slippery slope is not a figure of speech, but it is terrifyingly reality when dealing with radical Muslims who hate, not just Israel, but all of Western culture.

The football match between Belgium and Israel scheduled for September 6th in Brussels will not be possible. This was announced by the mayor of the Belgian and EU capital, Benoit Hellings, according to whom it would be “simply impossible” to guarantee public order and safety at the stadium and in the city.

“Hosting this match in our capital would provoke huge protests against it, compromising the safety of spectators, players, residents as well as the police force themselves,” Hellings said.

Poor mayor, it must be really complicated to manage a city conquered by Islam. And it couldn’t even do as in Malmö, which allowed Israeli Davis Cup tennis players to play, but without an audience. But that was in 2009, a century ago.

At least 4 dead, 13 wounded in shooting attack on Russian synagogue, Orthodox church

Unknown gunmen fired automatic weapons at a synagogue and Orthodox church in Dagestan, Russia at 6 PM on Sunday, local time, a Russian Interior Ministry official told TASS.

Two police officers were reportedly killed alongside a security guard and priest in the attack and an additional 13 were wounded, according to Reuters.

Jesse Kline: How terrorists took over academia

The bodies of Israeli civilians who were slaughtered by Hamas were still warm when celebrations broke out on the streets of Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa on October 7. Almost immediately, National Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), an umbrella group that co-ordinates its chapters at universities throughout North America, sprung into action, issuing a toolkit that parroted Hamas propaganda and featured images of Palestinians standing atop an Israeli tank next to the Gazan border and an illustration of a hang glider, which the terrorists were using to invade Israel.

This has always begged the question: did these groups have foreknowledge that a terror attack was imminent? Over eight months later, we’re starting to understand who has been organizing and funding the anti-Israel campaigns on university campuses. The picture being painted is not of a grassroots, student-led movement to support the Palestinian cause, but of an intentional, co-ordinated effort to build support for Iran’s global terror network among western youth and those responsible for educating future generations.

Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez joined 300 comrades at St. Mary’s Park for a “get out and vote” rally in to support “Squad” member Bowman, who is badly behind in polls in his June 25 primary against Westchester County Executive George Latimer, a moderate Democrat.
