Baroness Casey, whose national audit of child sexual exploitation was published yesterday afternoon, has today claimed that “it is clear” grooming gangs are still operating in Britain. Addressing the Home Affairs Committee in Parliament this morning, Casey, who serves as the Government’s lead non-executive director, said that “people don’t necessarily look hard enough to find these children in particular”, and that collecting incomplete data on the ethnicity of perpetrators has been “a bloody disaster”.

UK: Authorities covered up ethnicity of grooming gangs, report finds

Disproportionate numbers of Asian men have been responsible for child sex grooming gangs, but successive governments covered up the fact for fear of racism or raising tensions, a report has found.

The national audit of grooming gangs, by Baroness Casey of Blackstock, found that flawed data had been used repeatedly to dismiss claims about Asian grooming gangs as sensationalised, biased or untrue, while an institutional view persisted that there was an overwhelming problem with white perpetrators when, in fact, that could not be proved.

Casey pointed to a culture of denial that meant governments, police and local authorities had avoided the issue of ethnicity “for fear of appearing racist, raising community tensions or causing community cohesion problems”.

Don’t believe for a minute that our elites would lift a finger to prevent the rape of children by Muslim grooming gangs if it meant being called Islamophobic.

Pakistan demands airline resume flights to Britain in return for grooming gang deportations

The Pakistan Government has lobbied for Pakistan International Airlines to fly to Britain in return for grooming gang rapists being deported from the UK, GB News can reveal.

Whitehall sources told GB News that three men born in Pakistan who were found guilty of grooming gang offences are the subject of ongoing diplomacy between the British Government and Islamabad.

Pakistan International Airlines remains banned from flying to and from Britain due to safety concerns.

Thousands of protesters march through the streets of Montreal in support of Gaza

Several thousand demonstrators gathered on Saturday afternoon in the streets of the city centre to denounce the “numerous red lines crossed by Israel in Gaza.”

They were responding to a call from more than 50 organizations, which invited the public to dress in red and join a march denouncing the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip and calling on the Canadian government to increase pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to reach a ceasefire.

Around 1:30 p.m., the protesters gathered at Norman-Bethune Square, near the Guy-Concordia Metro station. Escorted by Montreal police (SPVM) officers in cars and on motorcycles, they began marching east toward Place des Montréalaises, which was inaugurated last month near the city’s downtown core.

The Montreal police hate crimes unit is investigating after a mosque in the city’s downtown was defaced with anti-Palestinian graffiti earlier this week.

The words “F–k Gaza” were painted multiple times on the exterior walls of The Canadian Institute of Islamic Civilization, at the intersection of Belmont Street and Union Avenue, Tuesday evening.

I suggest the police make better use of their time and listen to what is said in mosques.

One church is being burned every week in the Muslim world in an “alarming” campaign of Christian persecution, a British charity has warned.

More than 85,000 Christians were targeted in the last year alone, according to Help the Persecuted (HTP), while places of worship are torched “on a weekly basis”.

Starmer has been forced into this. Don’t let this inquiry become a new cover-up

Is it any wonder this went on so long?

In January, Sir Keir Starmer accused opposition MPs expressing concern over grooming gangs of “amplifying what the far-Right is saying” and “jumping on a bandwagon”. Having fought tooth and nail against any public inquiry into the scandal for months, he now appears to have conceded they were right all along, announcing that he has accepted Baroness Louise Casey’s recommendation of a full statutory inquiry.

So that’s that. Judged by his own words, the Prime Minister is jumping on a far-Right bandwagon. It demonstrates how absurd his reflexive statement was, but it also illustrates exactly how this scandal was permitted to go on for so long: an instinctive urge to protect the narrative of a cohesive multicultural nation built through immigration, with a few far-Right malcontents, rather than a deeply divided society where neutral enforcement of the law could lead to chaos on the streets.

Canadian prime minister effectively says all Canadians must unite around Muslim values

Mark Carney, the newly installed Prime Minister of Canada, recently gave a speech at an Eid al-Adha celebration in Ottawa.

The event was hosted by the Muslim Association of Canada (MAC).

In his speech, Carney told his fellow Canadians that “all of us must come together – around the values of Eid.”

He added, “The values of community, of generosity, and yes, of sacrifice. These are Muslim values, these are Canadian values.”

When will Canada have a real leader and not some shitty assed carpetbagger like Carney?
