As the genocide against Christians in Nigeria crashes on, a news outlet, TruthNigeria.com, continues to courageously shed light on the atrocities committed by jihadists against Nigerians of all religions.

Vatican’s Secretary of State under fire for describing Islamic attacks against Christians in Nigeria as a ‘social conflict.’

Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin is under fire for remarks that downplay the terror attacks that Christians in Nigeria have been suffering at the hands of Islamic extremists for decades.

Parolin was the keynote speaker for an event held at the Vatican on Tuesday. The gathering focused on the recently released 2025 Religious Freedom Report published by Aid to the Church in Need (ACN).

ACN surveyed 196 countries for its report. It found that just under two-thirds of the world’s population live in countries with “serious or very serious violations of religious freedom.” Twenty-four countries, including Nigeria, received the “worst” category in its report: persecution.

‘The Blasphemy Business’: The Persecution of Christians, August 2025

Christians killed by Muslims in Africa

“What we see in Africa today is a kind of silent genocide or silent, brutal, savage war that is occurring in the shadows and all too often ignored by the international community… [J]ihadist groups are in a position to take over not one, not two, but several countries in Africa…. It’s very dangerous for the national security of the United States…. Christians are going to be targeted and destroyed.” — Alberto Miguel Fernandez, geopolitical analyst and former U.S. diplomat, Fox News, August 7, 2025, Mozambique.

Genocide Against Christians? That’s Not News

St. Francis Catholic Church Nigeria

As we approach the second anniversary of Hamas mercilessly slaughtering 1,200 human beings on October 7, 2023, our media remind us daily of the death toll of Palestinians, according to the “Gaza Health Ministry,” which is run by Hamas.

It’s outrageous that these media outlets are such receptive publicists for mass-murdering terrorists. But they have effectively reversed the polarity, and the people of Israel are painted as the most horrible ghouls on Earth.

Italy: Two Muslims arrested in foiled plot to attack Santa Rosa religious procession in Viterbo

Two Turks prevented from attacking Santa Rosa procession in Viterbo

Attack in Viterbo foiled, two Turks arrested: they wanted to attack the Santa Rosa procession

There is widespread fear in Viterbo over the procession of Santa Rosa , an unmissable event for the faithful of the Lazio city. Yesterday afternoon, the Digos (Special Operations Division) arrested two Turkish citizens. They were staying at a B&B in the upper part of the historic center, right along the procession route, and during the search, a machine gun , several pistols , magazines, and ammunition were found in their possession. Initial investigations suggest the Turks may have targeted the crowd indiscriminately or directly the Santa Rosa procession , carried by porters, a historic religious and civic symbol of Viterbo. ” This was a decisive operation that allowed us to safely celebrate a unique event, recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity and representing a centuries-old tradition deeply felt by the people of Viterbo and many Italians ,” Meloni said.

Pakistani Muslims Attack Churches, Holy Bible, and Christian Cross

The wave of hatred and violence against Christians in Pakistan has continued for decades. Burning homes, destroying Christian crosses and churches, setting the Holy Bible on fire, and even burning people alive demonstrate the extreme prejudice and hostility embedded in the hearts of extremist elements. This behavior is not accidental but is part of a deliberate plan aimed at intimidating and weakening Christians by desecrating their religious symbols.

Kidnap, Rape, Convert to Islam, and Marry Underage Christian Girls – Welcome to Pakistan.

The harrowing cases of Mahak Siddique and Alshaba Adnan expose a deeply disturbing pattern of violence, exploitation, and systemic failure in addressing crimes against underage girls from minority communities in Pakistan. Babar son of Mukhtar, operating under aliases such as Ghulam Rasool and Muhammad Babar Ali, emerges as a serial predator who manipulates religious institutions to perpetrate kidnapping, forced conversion, rape, and child marriage. These acts, committed with impunity and aided by accomplices including Muhammad Aftab, Shan Masih, and Khurram Masih, reveal a chilling disregard for human dignity and legal accountability.

The Systemic Persecution of Christians Continues in Pakistan

After 23 years on death row, a 72-year-old Christian in Pakistan, Anwar Kenneth, was acquitted of blasphemy this past June by the country’s Supreme Court.

Kenneth, a Catholic, was arrested in 2001 for sending letters deemed blasphemous towards Islam’s Prophet Mohammad and the Quran. He was charged under Section 295-C of Pakistan’s blasphemy law, which carries a mandatory death sentence.

In July 2002, a Lahore court sentenced him to death after he pleaded guilty, declaring, “God is my counsel.”

EU Accused of Silence Over Islamist Violence Against Christians

Brussels officials are never lost for words on Gaza or the war in Ukraine. But critics say it is another matter entirely when it comes to the persecution of foreign Christians, especially by Islamists.

Dutch conservative MEP Bert-Jan Ruissen said on Monday that the European Union—as well as other international communities—is “far too silent about jihadist violence against Christians.”

‘We Were Commanded [by Allah] to Kill You’: The Persecution of Christians, June 2025

“The horrific killing of Kashif Masih is not just a tragedy—it is a damning indictment of the justice system in Pakistan. That a man could be tortured to death under false allegations, and that the police failed to act promptly or conduct a proper investigation, shows the systemic discrimination Christians face daily. The failure to collect crucial evidence and the reluctance to pursue justice….” — britishasianchristians.org, June 2, 2025.

Noticing the Muslim slaughter of Christians is ‘Islamophobic’ says the United Nations

On June 22, Muslims murdered 25 Christians — mostly women and children — and wounded nearly 100 more inside a church in Syria.

According to eyewitnesses, one or two armed men entered the Mar Elyas Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus during mass, when it was packed with some 350 worshippers, and indiscriminately opened fire before detonating an explosive belt inside the sanctuary.

“When we got to the church, we found the doorway filled with body parts,” said a relief helper who arrived soon after the attack. Photos showed charred and blood-splattered floors, with shrapnel peppering the church walls.
