India’s trafficking claims against Canadian colleges reveal ‘exploited’ immigration system, experts say

An investigation by Indian officials that alleges dozens of Canadian colleges and universities might be linked to a scheme of illegally ferrying students across the Canada-U.S. border reveals the “staggering” extent to which holes in the immigration system can be exploited, some experts say.

“If the allegations are true, it reveals shocking gaps in our integrity protocols.… This is deeply, deeply concerning and problematic,” Raj Sharma, a Calgary-based immigration lawyer, told CBC News Network, adding that the allegations suggest “wide-scale human smuggling.”

Truckers Tikka Masala

On a windswept corner in the center of the Canadian Prairie, a haunting roadside memorial has weathered 6 years of the elements, the sun of northern summer and its likewise dark and cold winters, and the winds which blow all year. Crosses and hockey jerseys stand as sentinels, an analog to the crosses ‘row on row’ one might see in a similar field in Belgium or France, though the battle which the jerseys of these young men mark is purely economic, and the shots fired are silent and mostly unremarked on.

Criminologist Says Canada Should Better Track Foreign Student Departures

A Canadian criminologist who once worked on inland immigration enforcement for the Canada Border Services Agency said Canada needs to better track foreign nationals who arrive in the country on student visas.

Kelly Sundberg, a professor at Mount Royal University, said he was not shocked to hear that Indian law enforcement agencies are investigating links between Canadian colleges and a scheme to ferry international students across the Canada-U. S. border.

“I’m not surprised that our ridiculous honour-based immigration program is being gamed by transnational criminals. That doesn’t surprise me at all,” Sundberg said.

Trump Backers Battle Online Over Immigrants

Weeks before President-elect Donald J. Trump is to take office, a major rift has emerged among his supporters over immigration and the place of foreign workers in the U.S. labor market.

The debate hinges on how much tolerance, if any, the incoming administration should have for skilled immigrants brought into the country on work visas.

The schism pits immigration hard-liners against many of the president-elect’s most prominent backers from the technology industry — among them Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, who helped back Mr. Trump’s election efforts with more than a quarter of a billion dollars, and David Sacks, a venture capitalist picked to be czar for artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency policy.

The H-1B visa program has long been abused at the expense of American born workers.

Federal Government Is Ending ‘Flagpoling’ for Permit Applicants — What Is It?

The federal government has halted “flagpoling” just in time for Christmas, but what is this practice and what are the ramifications of Ottawa’s decision?

Flagpoling occurs when a temporary resident of Canada leaves the country and then re-enters to access immigration services. The practice is used to speed up documents such as work and study permits because they are processed more quickly at the Canadian border than if an individual makes an application from inside Canada, according to a Dec. 23 government news release.

Trump’s Border Czar Says Canada’s Immigration Laws Are ‘Too Lax’

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump’s border czar said while he has had good conversations with Canadian officials around border security, the country’s immigration laws are still “too lax.”

“It’s pretty easy to get into Canada. Not a lot of screening is done, not compared to the United States,” Tom Homan said in an interview with CTV’ Power Play program, recalling a conversation he recently had with two Canadian ministers.

“I’m talking about those who would come in just to get to Canada and transit to the United States. I think they need to be screened right before we let them in. Of course, that’s up to Canada to change those rules.”

Two million people are expected to leave the country in Canada’s immigration reset. What if they don’t?

Despite moving to Canada from India in 2018 as an international student and receiving a work permit upon graduating two years later, Dinesh* lives in Ontario today as a visitor even though that was obviously not the original plan.

But with no other way to extend his stay in Canada after the expiry of his work permit in July, the 25-year-old decided to “convert” his status by applying for a visitor visa.

If you have to call in the Army do it to rid this country of Trudeau’s replacement migrants.

The curious incuriosity of multiculturalists

…For all they like to talk about the “enrichment” that diversity brings, pro-immigration liberalism in Britain often insists on a studied lack of curiosity or observancy about either the individuals or their cultures; or the new cultures that emerge as they mix in our cities. They seem wedded to a comfortable narrative that any conflict or chauvinism around immigrants and their status in Britain is a clean dichotomy between immigrants (and their supporters) and domestic reactionaries. The fact that Judah documents animosity between immigrants and their descendants upsets this apple cart.

Police failed to spot ‘extreme nationalist sentiment’ before riots

Police forces failed to understand the “extreme nationalist sentiment and aggravated activism” in numerous precursor events before riots broke out after the Southport stabbings, the policing inspectorate has said.

At least 302 officers were “pummelled and battered” when violent disorder flared in parts of England when Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, were fatally stabbed at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in the Merseyside town on July 29.

They also failed to spot Grooming Gangs, massive Hamas rallies, migrant crime waves and an illegal alien invasion but carry on.

Indian Nationals Driving Surge of Illegal Northern US Border Crossings, Many Using ‘Improperly’ Obtained Canadian Visas

The largest group of foreign nationals crossing the border illegally from Canada to the United States are from India, with a distant second being Chinese nationals. Federal authorities say that, in many cases, the foreign nationals have used “improperly” obtained visas to enter Canada before attempting to cross into the United States illegally.

Immigration Canada says it has taken measures to stem the abuse, which it says resulted in a marked drop of Canadian visa holders being intercepted south of the border.

HUNTER: ‘Immigration consequences’ unlikely for man linked to deadly 401 crash

Manpreet Gill – will miss pooping on Wasaga beach

Like an indulgent parent, an Oshawa judge warned Manpreet Gill that he could face “immigration consequences.”

Well, we all know the word “consequences” has been redacted from the Canadian Oxford Dictionary.

Even for a repeat convicted criminal with a cameo role in one of 2024’s most egregious horrors.

There is no excuse keeping human garbage like Manpreet Gill in Canada, he should be airdropped over his native shithole.

Toronto Star offers handy guide to help you avoid “diverse” neighborhoods

How diverse is your neighbourhood? A new website shows how immigration to Canada has transformed our cities

Have you ever wondered how your local community stacks up when it comes to diversity in ethnicities, income levels, language spoken or education attainments?

Residents of Canada’s six largest metropolitan areas can now check that out through a website launched on Monday that tracks the transformation of the country by immigration down to the neighbourhood level.

Coined “Superdiversity,” the project crunches immigration and census data into interactive graphics and maps that showcase Canada’s changing landscapes and how socioeconomic indicators such as wealth, income, employment status and education play out across ethnic groups, generations of newcomers and neighbourhoods.

Diversity is code for anti-white racism in Canada and has turned a once great nation into a balkanized low trust society of 5th column imported sectarian hatreds. The Star hates you.

Geoff Russ: Canada’s failing multiculturalism needs a rethink

Support for Canadian multiculturalism is not a free-flowing fountain of unlimited harmony and goodwill. It has limits, and they have been breached for all to see.

On Friday, Liberal MP Chandra Arya reported that he was threatened by fellow Liberal Sukh Dhaliwal and aggressively accosted by another unnamed MP in the hallways of Parliament. In response to these events, Arya complained that he “should be able to express (his) opinion, (his) views, freely in the House and (he) should not (feel) threatened by any words or actions of (his) fellow members.”

Multicult is divisive and must be abandoned.
