Has the time come for Canada to leave the British Commonwealth?

Dublin anti-migrant riot

The review below of what is happening to free speech and Western culture in England may be a preview of what is going to happen in Canada. Perhaps Canadians should leave while they still can.

Something has gone awry in Great Britain. White indigenous people are now evil. They are racist. In Northern Ireland Minister for Justice Naomi Long said the violence and racist attacks in recent days were “not reflective” of the people of Northern Ireland.

“We need to call it for what it is. It is racism, it is Islamophobia, it is xenophobia. “If we’re going to deal with it, we need to name it for what it is, and we need to challenge it.″

Seems that British people of no colour are called out as racists when they march proudly with the British flag. Patriotism to ones’ heritage is now called out as racism. It isn’t about racism or religion. It is about CULTURE and acculturation.

Scholz vows to speed up deportations after Solingen stabbings

Irregular migration into Germany “must go down” after a Syrian man who came to Germany as an asylum seeker was charged with killing three people in an attack in the western town of Solingen last week, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has said.

“This was terrorism, terrorism against us all,” Mr Scholz said during a visit to Solingen on Monday.

Mr Scholz also said his government would have to do “everything we can to ensure that those who cannot and should not stay here in Germany are repatriated and deported” and that deportations would be sped up if necessary.

Liberals say they will rein in temporary foreign worker program now that their Great Replacement Scam has done its intended damage of altering Canada’s demographic

Housing Minister Sean Fraser said Sunday that the federal government will curb the number of temporary foreign workers (TFWs) coming into the country after a post-COVID surge that some researchers say has driven up youth and immigrant unemployment rates.

Speaking to reporters in Dartmouth, N.S., before the start of a Liberal cabinet retreat in neighbouring Halifax, Fraser justified the government’s past decision — made while he was immigration minister — to relax regulations around the TFW program as necessary at a time of pandemic-related staff shortages.

But he acknowledged that the dynamic is different now that there are signs of stress in the labour market.

Historic Influx? It was a Great Replacement scam to secure future votes and destroy the value of labour. Fraser is a despicable liar.

Sweden’s Migration Turn

Sweden has seen a massive increase in immigration in the 2000s under governments of both left and right, a product of (take your pick) generosity, naïvety, and a self-congratulatory sense of mission (the belief, which has manifested itself in different ways over the years, that Sweden was a moral or, more modestly, humanitarian superpower) supplemented, under center-right governments between 2006-14, by a sort of libertarianism.

Why aren’t left-wing anti-immigration parties called fascists?

It is almost six years to the day since the charismatic German left-wing politician Sahra Wagenknecht launched a new movement to counter the rise of the far-right in her country.

What distinguished ‘Aufstehen’ (Stand Up) from the rest of the left was its negative view of mass immigration. Wagenknecht’s movement was greeted more with curiosity than animosity by the left-wing European press. Under the headline, ‘The emergence of an anti-migrant left in Germany’, the French paper, Le Monde, said it might herald ‘the start of a promising adventure, which could profoundly shake up the country’s political life’.

Trudeau gov’t to spew more hot air about alleviating housing crisis they created ahead of cabinet retreat in Halifax

Feds to take steps on housing promises ahead of cabinet retreat in Halifax

HALIFAX – Housing Minister Sean Fraser is expected to unveil details on a Liberal promise to lease federal land to developers to build affordable housing on Sunday just before the full federal cabinet kicks off a three-day retreat in Halifax.

The annual end-of-summer cabinet session comes three weeks before Parliament returns for the fall sitting and is likely the last summer retreat for this cabinet before the next election.

It may be the last real chance this government has to reset itself with voters before asking them for another mandate.

The Immigration Debate Is Over

When the crimes, costs, and cultural decay caused by mass immigration are so obvious, why relitigate its non-existent merits instead of acting?

As the civil unrest that erupted in Labour constituencies after the son of Rwandan migrants murdered three girls in Southport subsides, pundits race to regain lost rhetorical ground on immigration. Maya Goodfellow gaslit the Guardian’s few remaining readers by declaring that there are no “legitimate concerns” about immigration. Another favourite of the BBC, communist outlet Novara Media asserted that “We don’t need to talk about immigration.” But these status quo apologists understand something their critics do not. While Reform UK’s Richard Tice has courageously called out Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s two-tier justice system, his belief that a “proper debate” and another referendum on immigration is the solution is misguided. We have abundant evidence cataloguing the crimes, costs, and cultural decay caused by mass immigration. Why relitigate its non-existent merits?

Yvette Cooper accused of suggesting everyone arrested over riots is guilty

Extremist

Yvette Cooper has been accused of suggesting that everyone arrested in connection with the riots is guilty.

Campaigners have urged the Home Secretary to order the deletion of a tweet from the Home Office’s official account which referred to more than 1,000 people detained by the police as “criminals”.

In a letter to her, the Free Speech Union raised concerns that the post on X, formerly known as Twitter, risked prejudicing the trials of those yet to appear in court.

Mike Moffatt: The time has come to upend Canada’s temporary foreign worker program

Outside of 2020, when we were in lockdown, 2024 has been the worst year on record for teenagers to get a summer job, whether as a cashier at a convenience store or selling ice cream.

Despite the challenges teenagers are currently having in the job market, the number of temporary foreign workers approved for those same positions has never been higher, thanks to the federal government’s deregulation of the temporary foreign worker program in 2022.

Ottawa stops funding temporary accommodations for Afghan migrant applicants waiting in Pakistan

43 Million spent on dubious “refugees”

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has stopped subsidizing temporary accommodations in Pakistan for people applying through a special immigration program for Afghans who worked for the Canadian government or armed forces.

Special measures for Afghans trying to move to Canada were introduced by the federal government in summer 2021, after the Taliban swept to power and sent many former employees of western governments into hiding.

How many thousands “worked” for Canada in Afghanistan?

It’s a number that seems infinite.

The sudden rise of temporary foreign workers in entry-level office jobs … But The Great Replacement That’s A Conspiracy!

Temporary foreign workers are no longer a rare presence in entry-level office roles.

Last year, employers were approved to hire more than 3,500 administrative assistants via the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, up from just 112 of those roles approved in 2016, according to figures published by the federal government. In addition, companies were authorized to hire nearly 2,000 administrative officers in 2023. (The TFW program accounts for a small share of foreign labour in Canada, so it’s likely that other pathways are being tapped for admin workers, too.)

What a scam, Trudeau and his cronies are working to alter Canada’s demographic so the Liberals can harvest votes and the corporate welfare class can profit by destroying the value of labour.

Since 2015, less than 1 percent of permanent residents admitted to Canada have been through the Federal Skilled Trades Program

Less than half of one percent of the total permanent residents admitted to Canada since 2015 have been through the federal government’s Federal Skilled Trades Program.

According to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) quarterly update of permanent residents admitted to Canada, between 2015 and 2023, the total number of people admitted to the country based on their skilled trade qualifications was just 9,924.

LILLEY: Toronto City Hall rolls out the open borders welcome mat

Forget just being a sanctuary city, Toronto is now officially advocating for citizenship for all illegal immigrants.

Sorry, let me put that in the terms that our better thans at City Hall would find acceptable – undocumented residents.

It’s just a fancy way to say that someone came here, or stayed here, against the rules.

Misuse of the temporary foreign worker program is a business racket

Standing by a lectern with a sign that read “Bring Home Our Jobs,” Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre had words for both the government and for businesses that he implied were abusing Canada’s temporary foreign workers program.

“Trudeau has destroyed our entire immigration system,” he said, referring to the massive expansion of workers applying under the low-wage labour market impact assessment (LMIA) stream.
