A united cross-section of Australian industries is set to strike on October 1 over State-sanctioned, and unconstitutional medical conscription.
While the Australian federal government maintains COVID-19 vaccines are NOT mandatory, in an apparent “workaround” section 51 of the Australian constitution, the Morrison government has enabled the states to make COVID-19 vaccinations compulsory.

Democrat NY Governor Andrew Cuomo may be gone, but his replacement, Gov. Kathy Hochul, appears to be trying to be almost as bad from a policy perspective.
They are going all-in trying to impose vaccine mandates on state workers. School staff and state healthcare workers have to provide proof that they have at least one vaccine jab by Monday. As we reported yesterday, the school staffers got a reprieve from a federal appeals court putting temporary restraining order on the mandate, with a three-judge panel’s final decision probably this week.
But not only is New York trying to force the vaccine on people — firing them if they don’t comply — they are going the extra mile to punish you if you don’t, as well.

On Wednesday, proof-of-vaccination requirements went into effect at non-essential businesses in Ontario and New Brunswick. Most other provinces have similar rules in place or soon to begin; on Tuesday, Prince Edward Island become the latest to join the bandwagon, announcing vaccination passports will be necessary to enter places from sporting events to restaurants as of Oct. 5.
The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms has issued a legal warning letter to the Ontario Government on behalf of four clients demanding the vaccine passport mandate be revoked immediately. The law requires Ontarians as young as 12 to provide proof of two doses of the Covid mRNA vaccination as of September 22, 2021, or be denied access to a wide range of businesses and organizations, including field trips to city facilities. The Justice Centre has notified the Province that it will file a legal action should Ontario fail to halt its unconstitutional discrimination against those who have not yet chosen to receive the experimental vaccines.

Chaos has engulfed Melbourne over the past two days as demonstrators, mostly men dressed in hi-vis workwear, took to the streets voicing their distrust in the vaccine and anger at the government.

A group of Republican senators has introduced legislation to stop plans by Democrats to expand Internal Revenue Service access to American banking transactions they argue violate taxpayer rights and privacy.
“Unfortunately, [President Joe] Biden and his team have ignored, or sometimes celebrated, the violation of taxpayer privacy and want to create an intrusive IRS,” Oklahoma Republican Sen. James Lankford said in a statement released on Tuesday.
Biden’s proposal is to monitor and investigate any transaction $600 or more. That means buying a mattress, a nice computer, car repairs, and potentially even paying taxes could put you under the magnifying glass.

In an interview released this month, the last surviving architect of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms expressed outrage at the state of democracy in Canada.
Brian Peckford, former premier of Newfoundland, was part of the group of lawmakers and politicians who formulated the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms in the early 1980’s.
In the interview, Mr. Peckford states that he “cannot believe what is happening to our country. I am extremely saddened by government enacting measures that clearly violate the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.”
The pilot will be jointly operated by NSW Health and NSW Police and entails a seven-day home-based quarantine program for around 175 people. It will be run across a four-week period and commence sometime this month.
The app will use geolocation and face recognition technology to monitor whether a person is complying with the state’s quarantine rules. It will also provide people with a testing schedule and symptom checker.
The government added that the mobile app would be supplied by random in-person checks and penalties would be doled out to individuals who breach their isolation during home-based quarantine.

France’s health minister has said that thousands of health care workers across the country have been suspended without pay for failing to get a required COVID-19 vaccine.
It’s almost like they are intentionally trying to deconstruct the health care system. Same with the military.
The Trudeau Liberals promised business owners they would mandate proof of vaccination if re-elected on September 20. A concern of many is the fear of legal action against private enterprise, which the party says will address the issue.
