Man arrested after blaze at asylum hotel

A 64-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life after a fire at a London hotel housing asylum seekers.

The blaze at the Thistle City Barbican in Dingley Road, Islington, is being treated as a hate crime by investigating officers and has been condemned as a “despicable and cowardly attack”.

It happened at about 22:50 BST on Wednesday, according to the Metropolitan Police.

Islamist 5th Columnist Sadiq Khan: Trump is racist and sexist

Sir Sadiq Khan has said Donald Trump has shown he is “racist, sexist, misogynistic and Islamophobic” after the president made comments about him to the United Nations.

Speaking to the UN General Assembly in New York on Tuesday, Trump said London had “a terrible, terrible mayor, and it’s been changed, it’s been so changed”.

He added: “Now they want to go to Sharia law.”

Everyone knows the UK is becoming a sharia sh&thole.

UK Gets a Muslim Terrorist Counterterrorism Minister

“For over two centuries, the Home Secretary has safeguarded the nation. Today, we begin a new chapter as we welcome Shabana Mahmood to the Home Office as the new Home Secretary,” the British government announced.

It is indeed a new chapter for the Pakistani Muslim politician, who took her oath of office on a Koran and who has now become the highest-ranking Muslim in the British government.

When Trump came to town

Not even the twactivists of Led By Donkeys or the Stop Trump coalition could ruin the president’s state visit.

Donald Trump became the first sitting US president to enjoy a second full state visit to the UK. And by comparison with his first, way back in 2019, this time around was considerably less marred or, if you prefer, enlivened, by activist interventions.

Trump warns Starmer ‘illegal migration will destroy the UK from within’

Donald Trump urged Keir Starmer to deploy the military to stop the Channel boats crisis breaking Britain today.

At a tense joint press conference, the US president warned that illegal immigration ‘destroys countries from within’ – as he highlighted his own success in securing America’s borders.

Mr Trump also bluntly stated that he ‘disagreed’ with Sir Keir’s plan to recognise a Palestinian state, urged the UK to do more drilling for oil and gas in the North Sea, and pointedly hailed the ‘traditions of British liberty’.

I left the Tommy Robinson rally with the worrying realisation: this movement is only going to get bigger

Determined to get a good spot on Whitehall, the woman from Liverpool had woken her nieces at 3am to travel to London. Her dedication paid off. By the time the march reached her on Saturday afternoon, she was sitting on a wall outside Downing Street, the little girls in camping chairs at her feet, engrossed in their iPads.

She had unfurled two banners. One said “Keir Starmer is a wanker” and the other read: “We’re not far right, we are England’s mothers and we will not stay silent. Stop the rape of our children, mothers across Britain are taking a stand.”

I asked her why she was there and she looked incredulous. Wasn’t it obvious? “Because Keir Starmer’s a wanker.” Why? “He’s taking our speech away.” Even though you’re allowed to sit outside his house and call him a wanker? “Well he is.”

The Guardian is fainting again.

Even Muslim countries think Britain has a problem with Islamism

Since Labour came to power, it has become clear that the battle against extremism has taken a back seat to political expediency. Labour has always had a counter-extremism problem, and after two decades of work I have done in this area which started post 7/7 under the Blair government, Labour continues to flounder in challenging Islamism in Britain.

This Government, it seems, is being straight-jacketed by Islamist loudmouths who have hijacked the public discourse space on who represents Muslims in the UK. These political extremists who have hijacked Islam continue to smear and threaten those within Muslim communities who dare to challenge their poisonous and divisive discourse. In the meantime, instead of supporting the Muslim voices who challenge Islamist organisations and their penumbra of supporters, this Government has opened its doors to these toxic groups in the mistaken belief that they are needed to placate Labour’s electoral base.

How the British Flag Became a Flashpoint in a New Culture War

RUGBY, England—Stuart Field raised his first flags in July: the English red cross of St. George and also a smattering of the British red, white and blue, hanging them from his hometown’s streetlights.

His daughter had just been sent home from her school’s annual cultural celebration day for wearing a sparkly dress designed around the Union Jack. Field was infuriated. A flyer from the school had described the event as a way to recognize the diverse cultures represented among the students. “Wear your traditional cultural dress to school instead of your usual school uniform,” it said.

“Your attire must reflect your nationality or family heritage.”
Field’s daughter, 13-year-old Courtney Wright, had prepared a speech about what British culture meant to her, focusing on everything from afternoon tea to the royal family to the British sense of humor. But she never got a chance to deliver it: When she arrived at the school, she was isolated from the other students and then told to go home.

The Crisis in England Is a Crisis for Civilization

England has always mattered more than numbers suggest. She has been a light unto the nations.

England today accounts for just 0.62 percent of the world’s population — a mere 57 million people out of more than eight billion. On paper, that number seems insignificant. Yet England’s influence on law, liberty, and civilization is staggering. The current crisis there, marked by cultural amnesia and self-destructive policies, matters far beyond the shores of the British Isles.

Union Jack Girl speaks at Rally

A teenager banned from school after teachers told her she could not wear a dress bearing the Union Jack flag told a crowd of more than 110,000 protesters gathered in London that ‘British culture matters too’.

Courtney Wright, 13, was forced to spend a morning in isolation at Bilton School in Rugby, after staff told her she couldn’t wear her Spice Girls-style dress or make a speech like other pupils.

The straight-A student, who had planned to talk about history and traditions for a special Culture Day organised by the school in July, was told the dress was unacceptable, before being removed from her lesson and asked to wait in reception until her father arrived to collect her.

Thousands taking part in ‘Unite the Kingdom’ rally and counter protest

Tens of thousands are gathering in central London for a march organised by far-right activist Tommy Robinson, with a counter protest by anti-racism campaigners also taking place.

Protesters who are forming the “Unite the Kingdom” march are heading towards Whitehall where they will hear a series of speeches from people including Donald Trump’s former strategist Steve Bannon.

Meanwhile thousands more gathered in another part of London for the counter-protest, dubbed March Against Fascism, organised by Stand Up To Racism (SUTR).

Meanwhile in Toronto … I get the feeling this is a false flag given the history associated with the rally’s location of Christie Pits

Channel migrants in line for millions in compensation

Channel migrants are in line for millions of pounds in compensation from the Home Office for being “unlawfully” detained in “inhumane” conditions.

Almost 200 asylum seekers have lodged legal claims for their unlawful detention and mistreatment by the Home Office at the Manston migrant holding centre near Dover, citing the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

Allegations include sexual assault, physical abuse and theft of property by guards, as well as disease-ridden, dirty and cold conditions, with outbreaks of diphtheria and scabies, forcible separation of families and denial of medical aid.

Stick a fork in Britain she’s done.

Don’t UK the USA

Woe to the British, particularly the British who are actually British and are today being forced by their ruling class to be unwilling cattle subject to the unrestrained exploitation, looting, and raping of the Third World barbarians their betters imported. There’s a lot of raping going on, and the real problem seems to be that normal British people don’t want their daughters raped. But their rulers do; it’s reasonable to assume that you want the foreseeable consequences of your actions. Recently, when one girl pulled a knife on some scumbag who was trying to molest her, someone got arrested. You’re not going to be surprised to find that it was the girl who was defending herself and her sister. Britain is now a classic anarchy-tyranny, where the catspaws of the ruling class are free to pillage and abuse while the full weight of the once legitimate government comes down on those who would protest or resist. Raise the flag of your own country? That’s a hate crime but fly high the pride and Palestinian banners.
